If they can't get supplies how much longer can they stay open.  If they are broke it takes money for payroll, rent, utilities and etc.....

Neither company has updated "X" - I doubt updating the website is on the radar.

The company has never done $5MM in revenue. The company was on track in 2023 to do $5MM in revenue; but being obviously, got off track very quickly. This happens when vendors are not paid.

Quantum, was Lamb running a legitimate company prior to Ballas entering the picture? Was IO ever doing $5M in revenue?
Why would Lamb ever hook up with UBQU in the first place, if IO already had a strong Marketing dept?

I hate to sound like I'm beating a dead horse - but there is no "deal." Personally, I think the only gameplan was to extract as much money out of old and new investors as possible. The PRs and such seems to have worked for them in the past - but not this time. The silence could mean they are trying to figure out how to unwind what they've done - without looking fraudulent. Or, what is most likely - they don't know what to do, so they're doing nothing.

As has already been stated, there is court case after court case.

Scratch - I have been silent because Evangelist Ballas seems to have brainwashed many on this forum and they think I'm just a disgruntled former employee. Yes, I was disgruntled. I spent 4 years helping build a business that by all appearances wasn't a business at all, but looks like just a money-grab and scam.

Ballas has StayHumble and 1vman. I'm not sure where 1vman came from, but I do know, StayHumbles job is to push negative post down by posting the same things over and over. I don't know that StayHumble is Ballas, but it does appear he is a "disciple" of Ballas.

What 'deal' are you speaking of? Innovative Outcomes? HAHA. Think again. Has anyone here googled "Innovative Outcomes" or its CEO along with the term "court case"? Is that our Great Hope for a bright future in 2025?

We have proof that JB lied to us from his post on Aug 8th. He could have at least told us why they are late if he wasn't lying.
How long of a wait with his silence does it take before we know with certainty that it was all a scam? From Mike's posts and now the silence would seem like proof enough. But if the stock does not stay current and they go to Pink Limited and then to the Expert market, that is the end of the road for us. Not that it doesn't feel like that already.

Volume is on 50,000 so far today.   I hope they are truly working hard for the shareholders but  Mike has been correct so far.   

Scams are only effective if shares can be sold or money can be extracted from the revenue generating part of the company.
But with no volume and revenues drying up. They can't sell shares or support the company to stay afloat.
There will have to be something that changes soon or the stock will not stay current.

So either we will hear the updates that are promised or silence with the EM coming soon. But the updates will have to be believable to get volume.

Which 90 Days? The one from 4 years ago, 3 years ago or 2 years ago? Or the most recent one. If there was any legitamacy to these companies they would have a steady stream of information, regular postings and activity. However, because James Ballas is involved you can be certain it is a scam and his only purpose is to put money in his pocket. We are all here because we are stuck and were victims of his game....
