Does that mean we go pink? Or do they still have to have an attorney letter? Until then according to OTCM's rules it remains Pink Limited.

"Pink sheets" is an outdated term for stocks that trade over-the-counter (OTC)

Most would think that someone who claims to own at least 110 million shares (if true) would know where VXIT trades.

VXIT trades in tenths of a tenth of a penny, who in the world would short this stock. The most it can go down is 6 tenths of a tenth of a penny., and a short position would have to be covered at a tenth of a tenth of a penny since it cannot be bought @ .0000.

yes what you said is true about the worth of Vxit The difference between successful traders & naive retail who hand-over money TO successful traders is simple:

Successful OTC pennytraders know everything is bullshit garbage, and there's no reason to ever buy early, or average down an underwater position because its dead money often for years, and often forever.

Sit on your surfboard and wait for the swell.

When it arrives, paddle like mad to catch that wave & surf it.

Look for bail-out points along the way before you end up on the rocks.

VALUE = Zero, based on:

Revenues = 0
Contracts = 0
Assets = $10K on-deposit
Liabilities = $4 million +

Lawsuit = JK fined for stealing $1 million from investors.

Future lawsuits = Likely bigger.

Shares O/S = UP 20% per year & continually climbing via toxic debt & delinquency-penalties.
