Dutchess in Phase 2 of Agreement

Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout
the United States for union members announced that Dr. George D.
Green has purchased 12,000,000 shares of stock from Dutchess
Private Equities Ltd according to Phase 2 of the
Agreement. The first two phases of acquiring shares from
Dutchess have no dilutive effect on the company because they were
issued in 2013 so they have already been accounted for in the
financial statements for that year. The total number of
outstanding shares of stock issued by the Company will remain
unchanged after this acquisition. There will also be no
negative financial effect on the Company related to this
acquisition in 2014 as the Financial Statement in 2013 accounted
for the acquisition by Dutchess when the shares were issued to
them.
