Ocwen Mortgage Loans 3 plc (the "Company")

Ocwen Mortgage Loans 3 plc has changed its name to "Originated Mortgage Loans 3
plc" with effect from 29 September 2000.

This is part of a series of name changes.  In addition to the Company, Ocwen
Mortgage Loans 1 plc and Ocwen Mortgage Loans 2 plc have each changed their
names to replace "Ocwen" with "Originated", bringing their names into line with
the names of the issuers under securitisations carried out by igroup since
January 2000.
