The Company announces that on 13
February 2024 Helen Ashton, a person discharging managerial
responsibilities, has exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares
of 12.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), 10,000 options with an exercise
price of 82.5p each and 10,000 options with an exercise price of
79p each and sold 8,682 Ordinary Shares to cover the option
exercise cost at 186p per share. Options were held under the
terms of the 2019 and 2020 Alumasc Employee Share Option
Scheme.
