Result of
General Meeting
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM:
ARV; FRA: ATY; US: ARTTF) the gold, copper and lithium focused
resources company with projects in Western Australia, announces
that, at its General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions
put to shareholders were duly passed.
As a result, and further to the
Company's RNS dated 10 May 2024, the 152,686,275 Second Tranche
Placing Shares are due to be admitted to trading on AIM on or
around 10 July 2024. Following admission of the Placing Shares, the
Company will have 1,916,882,424 Ordinary Shares in issue. The
Placing Shares will represent approximately 11.8 per cent. of the
Company's enlarged share capital, and will rank pari passu in all
respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
The above figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change of their interest in, the Company, under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Defined terms in this RNS will have
the same meaning as those in the Company's RNS dated 10 May
2024.
