ASX Trading
Halt
The Directors of Artemis (ASX/AIM:
ARV, FRA: ATY, US: ARTTF) advise that trading in the shares of the
Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange
("ASX") effective from Thursday 12 December 2024 for the purposes
of undertaking a capital raising book build. The funds are being
raised in order to undertake further exploration work across the
Company's portfolio of assets, including on its Gold projects, as
well as to complement the Company's liquid assets for general
working capital purposes.
The ASX trading halt is expected to
remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement
by the Company or the commencement of trading on 16 December
2024.
Trading of the Company's shares on
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange remains
unaffected.

progress the Karratha Lithium project including the high-grade Mt
Marie prospect and will look to advance this exciting project
through further field work which will lead to drilling the most
advanced targets in due course
