Barkby (AIM: BARK) is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held on 29 December 2023 were duly passed on show of hands. The full text of each resolution was included in the Company's notice of general meeting posted to shareholders on 13 December 2023.
