BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE
ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company,
announces that on 7 May 2024, the Company purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange in
accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2024;

The Company intends for the
purchased shares to be held in treasury and be used to satisfy the
vesting of share awards to the Management Board under the Company's
Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Short-Term Incentive Plan
(STIP) and to BBGI employees under the Restricted Share
Plan.
Following the purchase, the Company
holds as Treasury shares 107,386 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.015% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
The resulting issued ordinary share
capital following the purchase is 714,769,251 Ordinary Shares
(excluding shares held in treasury). Treasury shares do not count
towards the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting
rights.
Therefore the figure
of 714,769,251 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
