Grant of Options
The Company announces that it has today granted a total of
59,119 options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital
of the Company ("Options") to the following persons discharging
managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), pursuant to the Company's
Sharesave scheme (the "Scheme"):

under option, representing approximately 2.7 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.
