Velosi has been notified that on 13 May 2010, Velosi (M) SDN BHD ("Velosi (M)") 
transferred its entire holding of 6,956,955 ordinary shares of US0.02 each in 
Velosi ("Ordinary Shares") to Axzar Investment Limited ("Axzar").  Following the 
transfer, Axzar is now interested in 8,575,632 Ordinary Shares representing 
approximately 17.72% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Velosi 
(M) no longer has an interest in the Ordinary Shares.  Velosi has been notified 
that there has been no change in the beneficial holdings with Axzar holding the 
Ordinary Shares for the benefit of Mohamed Ashari Bin Abas and Dato Mohd Jai Bin 
Suboh.
