On 15 October 2018, the Company was informed that Mr. David
Richards, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman,
purchased 10,000 shares of the Company's Ordinary Stock on the open
market at an average price of 506p each. Following the purchase,
Mr. Richards is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,109,233
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.05% of the Company's
issued share capital.
