Change
Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a
leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security
solutions worldwide, announces that Major General Graham John
Binns, CBE, DSO, MC (Retired) has tendered his resignation as a
director of the Company and has now stepped down from the
Board.
Commenting on the change, Westminster's Chairman, Rt Hon Sir
Tony Baldry, said:
"Following the recent budget and
additional costs the Company will incur, we have been reviewing our
cost base in a number of areas, including Board costs, and
accordingly following consultation with Graham, it was agreed he
would tender his resignation from the Board.
"I would like to express my and the
Board's appreciation for Graham's dedication and input to Board
discussions over the past three years and I wish him well for the
future."
