Toople PLC shares (LSE:TOOP) are currently ranging and there would be a breakout to the upside, following the current consolidation.
The last bullish effort in the market was halted on May 2019; after which price dropped like a stone. Then the current ranging movement began.
One does not know when this consolidation (ranging movement) will end, but when it does, it would most probably favor buyers.
Price currently moves within the upper and the lower Trendlines: Only a strong momentum would make price go beyond the upper Trendline (or below the lower Trendline).
The RSI period 14 also swings between the levels 40 and 60. A strong breakout is imminent on TOOP and that will be very interesting.
