It was also rumored that the company was considering a Dell plant for acquisition.  The company stock had opened at $46.02 and has traded in the range of $45.51 and $46.40 in the current trading session. Herbalife Ltd. stock commands the Price Earnings ratio of 11.90. Herbalife is a network marketing company and deals in fitness and wellness products. The company was formed in 1980 and it is based out of Grand Cayman.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE:CHK): The stock is currently trading at $17.20, down 1.88 percent from its previous close of $17.53. One of its directors Brad R Martin upped his stake in the company by purchasing 40,000 shares on November 26. The stock was purchased at an average price of $17.24 and the transaction amounted to $689K. Chesapeake Energy introduced new cost saving diesel natural gas conversion kit for heavy duty trucks through its subsidiary Peake Fuel Solutions. The company claimed that the kit may help to save up to 30 percent on fuel costs. The company stock is trading at the beta of 1.1. It has traded in the range of $13.32 and $26.16 in the past 52 weeks. However, the stock is trading below its 20 days moving average price of $17.22 and 50 days moving average price of $17.34. Chesapeake Energy deals in natural gas and oil business. The company is based out of Oklahoma City and holds interests in natural gas properties. Chesapeake Energy also markets and drills oil. The company was formed in 1989 and has interests in 45,700 gross productive wells, as on December 31, 2011.
