More info about Long Over Short
Just a quick one here but fantastic news from Serica Energy (LSE:SQZ) this morning. Cash, production and operating profit – whats not to like?
Shares reacted to this news and closed up over 70%. A great result for holders from the 4-6p area but I think there is much more to go.
Currently cash is at $15.5m with $3.5m on its way from receipts from September production, this is a seriously strong position and with a market cap of only £23m shows the small value the market is giving to the business.
Production in September of 4,100 boepd was well above base case which is great and an operating profit in the first half that doesn’t include much of the Erskine production.
Serica offers a great risk-reward profile even from the closing price today, cash and production show the potential of the stock. This along with Hague and London Oil (LSE:HNL) offer long term potential that could double, triple, quadruple your money.
