MVNT got left behind from the original plans You nailed it.

It seems HiAlloy Valve is the only entity that Linh plans for MVNT. If that's the case, then MVNT will never amount to anything substantial. And I'm sure Linh knows this. Why would he want to merge his JV partners with MVNT?
