Good riddance to Yossi. I belief his temporary funding of VisionWave operations prior to consummation of the deal was crooked and possibly illegal given the pot of gold he receives at the end of the rainbow.

To my knowledge, before Sept 25 a form 10 isn't needed. They can simply withdraw the Form 15 and be SEC reporting again. I am not an expert though and I could be wrong. Just what I read.
