According to the Kaiser site , MITIGATE was funded by AMRN. Does the funder control the data release ? .... or not fund the data release. Does Kaiser control the MITIGATE data or AMRN ?
Seems to me that AMRN controls any data release and has chosen not to release any of this data .

During the same 5 years, debt has increased by millions including $1. In lost lawsuits to a former investor and a former employee, which still haven’t been paid.
