I'd suggest looking back over the past 20 years to evaluate the accuracy of how this management team has performed relative to their promises... and note their forward looking disclaimers!

First, they just claimed to have filed the 2024 Q3, where is it? This company is still a listed on the OTC markets so that reasoning won't wash as an excuse to be beyond the cure period for the Q3 filing. OTC PINK tickers are not required to have their financials audited. They typically are reviewed
