Prosus Buys Majority Stake in Business-Training Platform GoodHabitz for $256.9 Million

Prosus NV said Tuesday that it has acquired a majority stake in
GoodHabitz BV, a European provider of online training for
businesses, for 212 million euros ($256.9 million).
The Amsterdam-listed internet conglomerate said GoodHabitz will
continue to be led by its chief executive and founder, Maarten
Franken.
Founded in 2011 in the Netherlands, GoodHabitz has expanded into
nine further European markets and is one of the few profitable,
scale players in education-technology in Europe, Prosus said.
