Hey! I'm new to the PFSweb board. I've recently been checking out this company and trying to get the low-down on what all their services and operations offer as a business. Their services seem to be pretty useful and can benefit many companies. I live about 15 minutes away from their headquarters and never knew they were a publicly traded company until a few weeks ago. If anyone has some extra insight on PFSweb I'd greatly appreciate it?

Hmmmm...wonder where my entry point will be? Looking mighty good in the next few days of trading.

Out at 4.41 yesterday. I will be back in at 2 -3 (if it heads there). I think this company has some work to do but will do it and do it well in the next few years. I think my next position will be a buy and hold, then sell half to secure original investments and keep the other for a rainy day. Good luck all!

I bought some in the low 2's and sold in the high 3's after the earnings release. They have to start improving margins across all segments.

Guess not hahaha. I am liking that it closed at around today's high.

Good news today, the more companies that size who use PFSW's end to end e-commerce solution the better chance similar ones take a look.

It is an area I see growth in, every company that size needs an efficient way and to sell their products online.

At close today they sit at about $36m market cap. They have just under $20m cash on hand and should do about $350m in revenue.

All they need to do is increase those margins a few % and this could deserve a $15 to $20 PPS.

It is worth risk. Of all the micros out there, I will park some money here and see if they can get it done.

Good news. If they can just find somewhere to increase margins, this baby is rip for a nice run.

Ecost is running a 9.7% gross, doing $85m revenue last year, a few ticks there and they can be profitable.

Talk about undervalued. $352m in revenue for 2009. They are cash flow positive. A lot of room to increase margins. If they get it done, look out.

this one is one of the holdings on 3stocksonfire another forum I belong to and pay for their financial advise and they are projecting an optimal exit price of 6.08 which would be a 328% return on this stock.
I was impatient and got out at $1.09 but got back in at $1.30

TARGET: $2+ AFTER EARNINGS NEXT WEEK.....AMAZING eCOST TURNAROUND

- On July 9, 2007 announced surprised the street by announcing that its ecost division will post $26 M in revenues in Q2 2007, a 19.25% revenue growth from Q1 2007.

- In a previous CC management estimated that with its new cost structure, eCOST would be profitable when it reached $25M in revenues.

- In Q1 2007 PFSW predicted EBITDA of $8 to $10M for 2007. PFSW reported $2.5M EBIDA for 2006. This is a 300% to 400% improvement!!!

- In Q1 2007 PFSW reported EBITDA of $0.8M

- Based on the above, PFSW will have to average about $2.5M for 2Q, 3Q, and 4Q 2007.

- If PFSW reports a EBITDA of $2.5M for 2Q 2007 on August 14, 2007 it will beat 2Q 2006 by a wide margin. In fact, PFWS might report its first profit in several quarters.

- PFSW 2Q 2006 reported a EBITDA loss of $0.7M due mostly to the very poor eCOST performance a revenue dropped and losses increased significantly. Net loss was $3.2M!!!

eCOST has been the main reason why PFSW has performed so poorly as a stock since it was acquired. PFSW has done an amazing job of turning around this division around as evidenced by the sequential improvement of the last 2 quarters.

The eCOST turnaround is due to improvements in several fronts including customer service, product selection, more efficient marketing, etc.. The turnaround is very timely as the strongest season for this division, the Holiday season, is right in front of us.


PFSW generates about $450M/year in revenues and its market cap is only $46M!.

Fair value has been estimated to be $6 based on comparables is PFSW can return to consistent profitability.

PFSW has a solid balance sheet and solid fundamentals. I expect that it will be trading North of $3 after Christmas. Even at $3, PFSW would still be trading at a deeply discounted P/S of about 0.3.

Well sales figures for the Q are out and they look excellent.I bet the bottom line numbers are a disaster though. I am still holding for $2.00
