full-service investor satisfaction in website and app
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management ranks best in customer
satisfaction for both self-directed and full-service investors in
the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience
Study. This prestigious recognition measures customers’
satisfaction with wealth management websites and mobile apps.
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management has now become the most-awarded
brand since J.D. Power created its U.S. Wealth Management Digital
Experience Study in 2022.
Clients can invest on their own on the J.P. Morgan Self-Directed
Investing platform or with the guidance of a J.P. Morgan Wealth
Management advisor. Both options offer a top-notch digital
experience allowing investors to review portfolios, transfer money,
trade and explore investment opportunities with ease, according to
the study.
