The Experiential Agency, Major National Special Events Firm,
Completes Public Offering Through Reverse Merger Raises $500,000 in
Working Capital, Announces Private Placement to Make Strategic
Acquisitions in the New Event Economy CHICAGO, March 8 /PRNewswire/
-- The Experiential Agency (XA), formerly G/M Productions, Inc., an
Illinois Corporation, and a major national special events firm that
serves many Fortune 500 companies, today announced that through a
reverse merger XA has become a publicly-traded company on the
NASDAQ over-the-counter market under the symbol EXAG.OB. Trading
under the new stock symbol began on February 2, 2004. In
consideration of the reverse merger transaction XA received
$500,000 in working capital and currently has 57,540,016 shares of
issued and outstanding common stock. The Company anticipates a
private placement in the near future. The new placement will be
used to raise additional capital to fund the Company's strategic
acquisitions. Chief Executive Officer Frank Goldstin, who founded
the company in 1989, said, "We have simply been wowed by the event
economy. We have seen tremendous demand for our events and our
marketing services as the event economy really took hold and
blossomed in recent years. Now asa public company we can ride the
next wave of that economy, expand our event services through
strategic acquisitions, and better serve our major corporate
clients." In 2003, XA was ranked one of the "Top 50 Powerhouse
Event Companies in the World" by Special Events Magazine, as well
as one of the "Top Event Marketing Agencies" by Event Marketer
Magazine. Today, XA is focused on taking major corporate meetings
and product marketing events to new levels of audience experience
through sensory marketing -- touch, taste, sight, sound, and smell.
This sensory marketing capability enables audiences to "live the
event" - not just hear or see a business message. The XA team has
been the creative force behind prestigious live, sensory events for
clients such as McDonald's Corporation, Song Airlines, Salvatore
Ferragamo, Vogue, W Hotels and ABN AMRO. "We are a creative
organization in a dynamic industry that demands cutting-edge
thinking and high-quality execution," Goldstin said. "The event
economy is all about experience. It is really through what you can
not only see and hear, but what you touch, taste, and smell, that
you learn and grow as a person. Our events are sensory expanding
and are highly successful for our clients, which in turn makesXA
successful and the major special events firm of choice for many
Fortune 500 companies." The Experiential Agency, with offices in
