Agility Health, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AHI) ("Agility Health" or the "Company") today
announced that Adam Kinder, CPA, has been appointed as the Company's interim
Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kinder is replacing Michael Valdes, who has
resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests,
effective January 14, 2014.

Mr. Kinder has been serving as Agility Health's Director, Accounting and Finance
and is an integral member on the Company's operations leadership team. Prior to
accepting his position with Agility Health, Mr. Kinder worked for Crowe Horwath,
LLP, with oversight for the firm's Michigan healthcare audit practice.
