My experience has with the OTC has been just when you think it's over and 'management' is gone, a PR or rumor comes out and the stock explodes.  

Management is MIA—just complete silence other than the humming of the share printer working overtime. Their only job is to create an illusion for a pump and dump, which they are failing miserably. No volume equals zero interest. BLLB has been a revolving door of scams for years, which clearly is not going to change.

I know that was going to happen but it happened so fast is the surprise, I think they have a set plan to work with no games like green mantis, to be fair, green mantis was new to all of this
