Based on the following quotes, I am very optimistic about the future of CRTG in the New Year!
From today on IHUB:
“Ultimately, the focus should remain on the incredible momentum we’re witnessing. As the value grows, the likelihood of a reverse split diminishes – and if necessary, it can occur at a more favorable ratio. Increased liquidity, visibility and broader investor access means we could even see growth on the anticipation of the IPO! The foundation her is now very strong, and I’m extremely optimistic about 2025. If the past four months are any indicator, another $100M (or more) could be within reach in early 2025, we should all be very excited“
From The Carlton James Group on Facebook:
December 5th:
“ The CoreTec Group - A major investment for carlton James had no revenue upto August 2024. This latest update shows revenue is now increased to over $100m annually. This should be the first of many positive updates from the group's investments!!
Watch this space early January for more!”
From Minh Le on LinkedIn April 7th:
“ Merging 2 synergistic firms. Our Core Optics
team will bring cutting-edge technologies, engineering services, patents, and additional IP's to The Coretec Group, Inc. I am looking forward to a positive outcome from the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission; and future acquisitions!”

To a degree I can agree with what you're saying about reverse splits. My view is that if they're extreme, IE something greater than 1 for 10, they don't go well. The market cap after the R/S is generally substantially lower than prior to it, and often it stays down for a significant time.
On the other hand, if the company builds the share price to the $1 range, shareholders may provide strong support for a small R/S which should move the company to a major exchange.
I think the key is moving the share price up dramatically before there is any discussion of R/S's by the company.
Right now, this company is still largely a mystery, though certainly some investors have a handle on it, but only by looking at all the other companies it's involved with. I believe when the company releases a proper quarterly and/or Annual Report, and perhaps does a webcast where questions can be asked, and answered, it will become far more transparent to all, and its market cap will climb dramatically. I can't say it will hit close to the $1 I think it needs to before discussing the possibility of an R/S, but it should put it in a position where that's achievable in not all that many months. With the right news a move from dimes to a dollar or more can happen rather quickly.
Happy Holidays all,

here recently i noticed on Dart in Korea in Kibs filings they have had a coiple of lawsuits filed . One was dismissed the last week i believe the other just filed on the 16th and posted on Dart the 20th . Ive read this new one and coupled it to the disgruntled Shareholder of Kib that made a plea to Kib in a filing on December 3rd to cancel the extrodinaey sharits called the eholder meerting which didnt happen . He felt Coretec needed to make the final payment for the acquired sharews on December 24th , the last payment date , and then as the largest shareholder have a shareholder meeting after that. The filings below look . The shareholder meeting was not canceled and Coretecs people got won the nominations as expected but this guy still takes it to court but Coretec payed early on the 18th , so thats payment in done . So whats the issue . Seems trivial to me . Any thought to how fast this might be resolved or dismissed ? I couldnt find the case number , just the docket number listed here . I tried searching the Korean case search site for this district court but havnt found the case number or court date . Im not worried about this but it is part of this Kib acquisition focus so it needs to be watched

THE DECEMBER 3RD filing complaint to Kib Plug from a shareholder who represents the small shareholders at KIB .
II. Purpose of soliciting proxy voting
1. Purpose of soliciting proxy voting
Purpose of soliciting proxy voting
Despite being a sound and excellent company, KIB Plug Energy has repeatedly met the wrong major shareholder since its establishment, causing many small shareholders to suffer without any fault. Recently, due to suspicions of embezzlement and breach of trust, trading has been suspended, and I feel strongly that we should no longer leave the company in the hands of major shareholders.
The announcement of the change of the date of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to December 13 at the last board meeting is judged to be a trick by Coretech, which only purchased and holds 18 million shares of M Square, to seize management rights with a small number of shares.
The directors who led and decided to pass the agenda for this extraordinary general meeting at the last board meeting are the ones who have been accused of embezzlement and breach of trust, and they are the very ones who caused today's trading suspension.
Coretech, which attempted to seize management rights by appointing four new directors at the extraordinary general meeting on December 13, signed a stock purchase contract with Open Asia, but only paid 10% as a deposit. Coretech agreed to pay 10% of the down payment to Open Asia on December 3 and take over Open Asia's voting rights. Coretech ultimately attempted to seize management rights by delegating voting rights and appointing board members with its own personnel without even paying the balance, without actually acquiring Open Asia's stocks.
Such actions infringe on the rights of existing shareholders, and it is unfair to take management rights by mobilizing stocks that are not actually owned.
If it were a normal board of directors, it would have been appropriate to hold a temporary shareholders' meeting after December 24, the last payment date of the balance, so that Coretech could acquire the actual stocks normally and legally secure its status as the largest shareholder, and then hold a temporary shareholders' meeting to transfer management rights. In particular, we believe that bringing forward the temporary shareholders' meeting in a situation where trading has been suspended is an act that undermines the shareholder value of existing shareholders.
Please give us your strength so that we can exercise our shareholder rights properly as the owners of the company and protect the fate of the company ourselves.

Thank you for the interest and engagement regarding my thoughts. I’m glad to contribute and appreciate the questions raised.
To address the key points:
I don’t believe Kib Plug Energy will pursue a U.S. listing at this stage. While the company has a global client base, its establishment in Korea – coupled with the complexities of reconciling South Korean and U.S. accounting standards makes such a move costly and intricate. The management team, who also lead Coretec, are well-versed in these challenges and understand that uplisting CRTG, which is already US based, is a faster, more efficient and cost-effective path forward.
Also, a key point I think we’ve all overlooked is that it is not normal to acquire a majority stake in a company and then take over management. These guys are clearly adding value where ever they go, we’ve already seen this and taking over Kib Plug Energy is clearly another valuable strategic move!
Let’s not forget the exceptional value this team has delivered within just four months of leadership. Their roadmap signals even greater potential ahead. It’s clear that CRTG’s uplisting represents the most strategic move, while any future listing of Kib Plug Energy would likely require a significantly larger market cap – something that may materialize over time, but not as a short-term goal.
Now, regarding reverse splits, while traditionally viewed with skepticism and linked to negative market performance, the narrative shifts when such a split is part of an uplisting strategy to a major exchange like NASDAQ. The benefits of increased liquidity, visibility, and broader investor access can outweigh initial reservations.
See this article for some further understanding https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/the-impact-of-reverse-splits-on-low-priced-stocks-2021-10-28?
Ultimately, the focus should remain on the incredible momentum we’re witnessing. If the past four months are any indicator, another $100M (or more) could be within reach in early 2025, we should all be very excited!
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas 😊

TDCP April 14th ,2006 HUB post below . If the old TDCP which became CRTG could do this and trade over 3 dollars , yes the float was low , then CRTG today ( the old TDCP ) can do much better as CRTG now has revenue and will have over 100 million in revenue with the acquisition of Kib Plug Energy . Not everyone had stock to sell during that move up with TDCP but this is a much better time to hold stock with great potential for big upside . The new CRTG has added just a little bit to the 3Dicon volumetric tech that CRTG still has ....just a couple of things like a Great new innovative revolutionary Si Anode for batteries , A Compact Camera Module business generating revenue , the KIB Plug Energy acquisition and CRTG is building a Giga-Scale battery manufacturing plant and has partnerships with just a couple of decent companies to the likes of Sony , Samsung , Ford , Kia , Hyundai , SK Hynix , Nvidia , Texas Instruments , Apple and Meta. Not to shabby . Buy and hold CRTG and the best is yet to come !!!!
(Flashback from 3Dicon , TDCP April 14th 2006)
Fonzy35 This stock is very low on float of share less then 2 millions
the company is working on develpping portable Hollografique
communication device, Alot of People say it's going to be bigger then descovery of Plastic..
this stock has been trading from $0.37 to $3.27 (more or less)
without any press release (PR)since a couple month a go.
Last week was very exiting trading.
When they realase a PR that will say that they will releasing a series of patents protecting the technology.
Then stock will sky rocket,,,after time the sky will be the limit. ( ill add to this This is what i believe CRTG is looking to do SKY ROCKET )

TDCP did a R/S in 2003 which i remember very well as no one was very excited about. DEC 31st 2005 TDCP filing page F-21 shows a R/S ( which i went through all of them from 1999 on . We are in a different time now with revenue . I have no concerns now about R/S of CRTG as we are a revenue generating growing company with great management and a great plan to move of forward with increased year by year .

TDCP traded at 3.27 for an intra day high and that was their highest trade ever . It closed that day at 2.85 We traded as low as 2.00 dollars that day . My broker and i were watching it at his office at Payne Webber that day . He couldnt believe that TDCP traded they that it did on that day . Just a couple of months before that day we hit 3.27 intra day with a close of 2.85 dollars he said id never make a dime on TDCP , he was stunned . I traded that day as the movement was crazy going from 2 bucs to 3.27 and back close to 2 bucs and closing at 2.85. I still have all my trading records and trade confirmations . So the 3.27 price was a real price TDCP traded at not just a price that you would come up with by adjusting the price through stock splits . I got in in 1999 as First Keating Corp then we changed to 3Dicon later . Early 2000s we did a R/S and then the stock dropped in price but i got in a 504 offering and later added shares every week until the we got into 2006 and i stopped buying .
I BELIEVE THAT CRTG CAN DO THE SAME THING !!!!
This SB-2 report on December 15th was about 8 months after the new release came out that sparked the move to 3.27 over a short period of time . It shows an average price of .65 cents on December 15th calculated , " using the average of the high and low price as
reported on the Pink Sheets on December 15, 2006, which was $0.65 per share " ( That was 8 months after the move up started so the price had settled back down by then .
" Estimated solely for purposes of calculating the registration fee in accordance with Rule 457(c) under the Securities Act of 1933, using the average of the high and low price as
reported on the Pink Sheets on December 15, 2006, which was $0.65 per share. "
(Another entry showed the OS count on November 15th ).
The above information regarding common stock to be outstanding after the offering is based on 94,267,656 shares of common stock outstanding as of November 15, 2006
and assumes the subsequent conversion of the $1.25 million convertible debentures by our selling stockholder.

Here is a screenshot of a chart showing two splits since the CRTG high in April 2006, which was 34,335, which is 3.27 when splits are counted. The two splits are highlighted in the screenshot.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2024/12/22/ymuxbCRTG_22-12-2024_112730.jpeg
There were two splits after 2006:
1 for 35 split date=04/27/2012.
1 for 300 split date=06/29/2017.
To figure out what you paid in 2008, you can divide it by each split.
34,335 ÷ 35 = $981
981 ÷ 300 = $3.27
It will cost us more if we want the chart to figure that in. 😊

Hi all, I’ve historically posted on Stocktwits, but things seem to be more active on this board. I’ve been a long term investor and usually stay quiet, but I think what the Carlton James Group has said needs more attention. In march, Dr Kim mentioned (under Coreoptics) doing business with Apple, Samsung, LG, SK Hynix, and Meta, Texas Instruments, Sony, and Hyundai Motors, and Ford, and Kia Motors.
When smaller companies like Core Optics (a subsidiary of The Coretec Group) discuss contracts with big names, they must show they have the financial stability to handle the large orders. The recent acquisition of KiB Plug Energy Co (KIB), generating consolidated revenues for CRTG exceeding $100M, gives Core Optics the funding and credibility to secure major contracts in the automotive sector. They now have access to CREDIT LINES, Core Optics can now confidently meet the needs of blue-chip clients like Apple, Samsung, and Ford. This strategic move positions CRTG as a reliable partner ready to fulfill large-scale orders without financial risk!
This is huge, not even adding in the fact they’re building a gigafactory which no doubt they’ve already began work on. Remember they also need to show local state governments and various stakeholders financial stability to build the factory and obtain governments tax incentives, subsidies, or grants etc. Also with this, we will see the commercialization of endurion, clearly the whole reason they purchased CRTG and their patents.
Obviously some patience is needed, but Carlton James Group may be right, a unicorn in the making and 2025 could very well be the year!

From Simon Calton CEO Carlton James Group
“ We close 2024 with exciting anticipation for what 2025 brings for many of our investments. The highlight of this year being The CoreTec Group(CRTG) and the start of their expansion plans.
This small company has recently managed to acquire a solid power company in KiB Plug Energy Co(KIB) with current revenues of $100m USD!!
The acquisition of this company and the ‘changing of the guard’ with respect to the management of KIB enables KIB to re emerge as a stronger, more efficient, more funded Power Company and with stronger pricing in the market. Setting KIB along with CRTG in a strong position to soar in the markets through 2025.
This KIB acquisition will also assist Core Optics LLC(CORE), another recent subsidiary of CRTG. The KIB Credit facilities and capabilities should enable CORE to obtain even larger customer Contracts and increase its hold over the automotive industry.
We believe that this is just the start for small start up that we first backed 10 years ago. We see further growth in 2025 through larger contracts, increased efficiency, additional acquisition and the commercialisation of The Endurion Battery Project.
It’s going to be an exciting 2025 for this company That’s for sure. You never know we could be sat on a future Unicorn.
Merry Christmas everyone and here’s to a Happy New Year.”

A 2 CEO structure https://digitaldefynd.com/IQ/can-company-have-two-ceo/
The Viability of Dual CEO Structure
The dual CEO structure can be likened to a double-edged sword, offering distinct benefits and posing unique challenges. Its success largely depends on specific conditions and contexts. For instance, this model tends to flourish in organizations where the co-CEOs have complementary skill sets. In a fast-evolving sector like technology, one CEO could focus on innovation and product development while the other concentrates on operations and market expansion. This division of labor allows for deeper focus and expertise in critical areas, driving the company forward more effectively than a single CEO might.
Furthermore, companies undergoing significant transformations or mergers benefit immensely from a dual leadership model. During such pivotal times, the combined strengths and perspectives of two CEOs can ensure a smoother transition, balancing the internal and external demands of change management.

I agree that they need to communicate with us more than they have!
We know Coretec's focus has been on Endurion, so when they mentioned preparing for mass production, I took that to mean they were preparing for whatever it took to provide more anode material, equipment, and maybe bigger space. They got a bigger space for their lap, but I'm unsure if that would be big enough. They are already making the anode slurry material, so I don't see it being too hard to scale that up.
They might already be working on this, but hopefully, we will get more information sometime in January. The earlier, the better.
