Walrus, Test Pilot, Quick Shift, & Gunny,
On stocktwits, a poster (SuperpositionQubit) posted that core Optics maynot meet the revenue target for this year. That Core Optics has made less than $2 million so far this year! Now that worries me tremendously! Where would this information be found ? Especially according to other posters on stocktwits, Core Optics website is no longer accessible at this time. We need news now……

Pegs i like the fact that these companies and its people are now running The Coretec Group and for and also ZaiCell Inc were Dr Kim is the CEO as well as he is CRTG. I read through the descriptions on their web sites about who the are , their story and what they do i we are being run by a very accomplished group of people . As youy can see from their web site about all of those listed are involved in running CRTG now . I expect good thing ahead . If we do a reverse merger with ZaiCell Inc that would be fine with me . Coretecs CEO Dr Seon Kee Kim as you know is not only the CEO of The Coretec Group but also CEO of ZaiCell Inc and CEO of ZaiCell JV LLC that are businesses located now in Virginia . It looks to me that in some way CRTG will work with ZaiCell Inc in some capacity . Web will have to wait to see just what they do next . I woulodnt be suprised if The Coretec Group which now is an Oklahoma Corp is relocated to be a Virginia based Corporation . As you know Coretecs CEO Dr Seon Kee Kim who is also ZaiCell Inc CEO in Virginia wants to build a 50 gigawatt battery manufacturing plant .https://energycentral.com/c/um/advocates-see-missed-opportunities-virginia-lags-its-neighbors-clean-energy
https://www.businesskorea.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=107835
Question remains were will CRTG fit ?? Time Will Tell. But i think CRTG could be right in the thick of it .

None of the home rechargers have that capability, you're still getting AC current. The really high speed chargers are DC chargers and I believe the voltage is also much higher.
Lexus also provides the plug for the 220 volt AC charger, but it doesn't reduce the charging time to anything near what the roadside charging units are capable of. Lexus was fine with fully charging the battery on 120 or 220 volt home AC, but recommended only going to 80% if using the high speed DC chargers that can be used by the car.
If you truly installed a high speed charger it would take more than connecting into your existing electrical circuits. The components required would be far more expensive than installing a 50 amp plug.
Tesla has a tremendous network of high speed chargers, I'm hoping that at some point I'll get the adapter which permits using they're system. I know many who've purchased Mustang Mach E's with the promise the Tesla adapter would be provided, it no doubt will be in time, but it has been delayed by many months. The 2025 models should actually come with the Tesla plug.
Musk has been most innovative and should be complemented for it. Personally I don't accept his views. I also believe that Tesla owners should be able to purchase cars that don't go so fast that only the extremely high speed tires can legally be used with them, they're very expensive. The Lexus I purchased has plenty of pep, but the top end is about the same as most gas powered cars and that's as I like it. I doubt if I'll ever drive over 100 mph again, why have a car that does 150. I would like the self driving capability offered by Tesla, I frankly can't say the Lexus will ever offer such an upgrade, though I believe it can be done. Eventually I suspect that most cars will offer it.

2 good articles about battery manufacturing in Virginia . I see a great opportunity for ZaiCell Inc in Virginia They dont have anything yet in battery production some opportunities but nothing has really materialized yet nor is up and running in FLP battery plants and Virginia lost the Ford / CATL plant last year .So Virginia is wide open for a GIGA factory. Recently a company from California was offered 100 million by the US Government to build a plant but they arent going to do it now .
https://www.businesskorea.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=107835. From the article ...." According to experts, South Korean EV battery manufacturers can benefit if Virginia’s anti-China sentiment spreads. Potential beneficiaries include SK On, which is supplying lithium-ion batteries to Ford for use in F-150 trucks while building a plant with Ford in Kentucky." (Perhaps Zaicell Inc could get the job done in Virginia )
https://energycentral.com/c/um/advocates-see-missed-opportunities-virginia-lags-its-neighbors-clean-energy
From the above article , "At its core, the Inflation Reduction Act is a massive package that dedicates $369 billion over 10 years to clean energy innovation via tax credits, rebates and other incentives. Many of its programs are designed to boost domestic manufacturing jobs as the country transitions away from fossil fuels."

Zai Energy Solution is capable of producing and distributing strictly produced LFP/NCM/Na Cell with relevant various application products based on our own technology and quality assurance system https://zaiensolus.imweb.me/33
https://zaiensolus.imweb.me/58 Under the tab Cell it shows their smaller batteries . I did find somewhere that they do today sell those batteries today .Ill find it again . Theres no way they would be building a 50 GIGA Watt plant for a specific LFP battery if they didnt have a battery on the market even though their smaller ones . I bet they have produced some auto batteries and tested them or they wouldnt be building a GIGA plant in the USA and going through all this trouble to set up for it if the battery wasnt ready to produce . ( Hence : Established and acquired shares in ZAICELL JV LLC, a US joint venture.
) I need to find from Zaigle Co Ltd financials what the sells are if it breaks it down since they are a public company and have a stake in ZaiCell JV LLC . I think CRTG could reverse merge with ZaiCell Inc as it will produce the auto batteries based on current battery tech they have now in their batteries . Core SS LLC holds 680 million shares joined together with Core Optics . Core SS LLCs managing director is Roberto Kim Coretecs CFO. AS we know the board of Core Optics LLC were several people from XT Equity http://xtequity.com/ whos people spearheaded this whole thing . So these people from XT Equity who were on the board at Core Optics who was merged with Core SS LLC before the CRTG deal got 680 million shares at Core SS LLC managed by Roberto Kim the Director of Core SS LLC.
XT Equity has a stake in all companies involved . ZaiCell Inc , Core SS LLC , Core Optics , The Coretec group , ZaiCell JV LLC , Zai Energy Solutions at Zaigle Co Ltd . This is their deal CEO of Zaigle Co Ltd who owns 68 % of their stock is on the board at Zaicell Inc US
I believe they found isMedia as well . Ill look it up but on of thier people was on the replacement board at isMedia and i think Roberto Kim was as well . Core Optics through Core SS LLC was set up purchase IsMedia product line from the get go . How most if not all battery GIGA plants are establihed by public companies . I think ZaiCell Inc will be public and its could happen through a reverse Merger wioth Coretec Group or why was all this to begin with with core Optics , Core SS LLc to do the share exchange agreement and go public thru zCoretec . Coretec is the public hub for these companies and the burning question is will ZaiCell Inc follow them next and reverse merge with Zaicell Inc and XT Equity Lc dominated members as well as others like Zaigle Co Ltd CEO who all together own 500 million shares at ZaiCell Inc . If they do thats fine with me as it will in time increase shareholder value . We will know more i believe near term as at some point CRTG will communicate with us and let us know more . If they dont merge at least i think they could use CRTGs anode and maybe thats all it will be . TIME WILL TELL
Wellness Home Appliances Specialist.( Zaigle Co Ltd i assume ) In December 2022, successfully acquired the research and facility assets (tangible and intangible) of the only LFP battery business in Korea and entered the secondary battery business. Established and acquired shares in ZAICELL JV LLC, a US joint venture.

“The Coretec Group's Endurion active anode material is a game-changer in the battery industry. By leveraging silicon nanoparticles, Endurion aims to increase the energy density of lithium-ion batteries, making them charge faster and last longer ¹. This technology has the potential to hold up to 10 times the amount of lithium ions compared to traditional graphite, which is a significant improvement ¹ ².
While we don't have exact numbers on the energy density achieved by Endurion, the company has filed a provisional patent for its improved silicon anode technology ³. This suggests that Endurion is making significant progress in developing a competitive battery solution.
In comparison to Prologium's impressive energy density of 749 Wh/L and 321 Wh/kg, Endurion's focus on silicon nanoparticles could potentially lead to similar or even better performance. However, we'd need more specific data to make a direct comparison.
Key Benefits of Endurion:
•? ?Increased Energy Density: Potential to hold up to 10 times more lithium ions than traditional graphite ¹ ²
•? ?Faster Charging: Silicon nanoparticles enable faster charging times ¹
•? ?Longer Battery Life: Improved durability and lifespan of lithium-ion batteries”

ZaiCell is set up as a Stock Corporation and they already own 500,000,000 shares so im guessiing that in a reverse type merger they would carry those shares over which i believe are common shares . Heavy XT Equity presence at ZaiCell Inc and DR Kim CEO of ZaiCell Inc of Coarse The Coretec Group CEO . Amazing crossover between the companies ZaiCell inc , XT Equity and the Coretec group. David Lee who is with Coretec group is with XT Equity LC where he is a Partner | Executive Director

Mihn Le Partner | Executive Director at XT EQUITY and co founder of 22 X Ventures ,i believe was one of the replacement board members at isMedia when the CEO and board stepped aside . 22 X Ventures is the registered agent for XT EQUITY when they set up a branch in Virginia . I think EX EQUITY had to be involved at the beginning laying out the ground work for Core Optics formation and the purchasing of isMedias product line . Its obvious as many members of XT EQUITY were on Core Optics board . XT EQUITY invested in ZaiCell Inc ZaiCell JV LLC according to the article i posted earlier from korea . I can see ZaiCell doing some kind of reverse merger with The Coretec group and XT EQUITY and Zaigle Co ltd who are stake holders in ZaiCell /ZaiCell JV LLC .What i find XT Equity has a 40 % interest in ZaiCell and Zaigle 30 % interest . As you pointed out Core Optics Llc , CoreSS LLC and Core Optics Ltd the subsidiary in Korea are all under CRTG now . Core SS LLC has 62 % of the shares and Core SS LLc managing Director is The Coretecs CFO Roberto Kim . There is a planned mission they are executing and we are watching it unfold .

The CEO of Core Optics LLC recently became the CEO of CRTG and he is also the CEO of ZaiCell a private company. Several of the board members of Core Optics LLC are now board members of CRTG and these same people are listed as board members of ZaiCell. The board members of CRTG now own 80% of CRTG and have nearly 2.6 billion shares. Would it be plausible that CRTG could offer shares of stock to ZaiCell and have them merge with CRTG since ZaiCell manufactures LFP cathodes that would combine with CRTG’ s Endurion anode?
meta AI reply:
“Given the shared leadership and board members between Coretec Group (CRTG), Core Optics LLC, and ZaiCell, a potential merger or strategic partnership between CRTG and ZaiCell seems plausible. Here's why:
Motivations for a merger:
1.? ?Complementary technologies: ZaiCell's LFP cathodes and CRTG's Endurion anodes could create a comprehensive battery solution, enhancing both companies' value.
2.? ?Vertical integration: Combining cathode and anode technologies could streamline production, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
3.? ?Synergies: Shared leadership and board members facilitate a smoother integration process.
4.? ?Increased valuation: A merged entity could attract more investors, partners, and customers, potentially boosting valuation.
Potential benefits for CRTG:
1.? ?Expanded product offerings: Adding ZaiCell's LFP cathodes to CRTG's portfolio.
2.? ?Enhanced R&D capabilities: Combining expertise to accelerate innovation.
3.? ?Cost savings: Reduced overhead and operational expenses.
Potential benefits for ZaiCell:
1.? ?Access to public markets: Through CRTG's listing.
2.? ?Increased visibility: Exposure to CRTG's investor base and industry network.
3.? ?Scaling opportunities: Leveraging CRTG's resources for expanded production.
Possible merger structures:
1.? ?Stock-for-stock exchange: CRTG issues shares to ZaiCell shareholders.
2.? ?Reverse merger: ZaiCell merges into CRTG, with CRTG surviving as the public entity.
3.? ?Joint venture: CRTG and ZaiCell create a new entity, combining their respective technologies.”
