Not crass MM, misunderstood. 'Being in the dark' was intended to be a general statement covering ALL SHs at this time. WE know so little of what is going on, not you specifically or for that matter, pertinent to you. You may in fact have a strong understanding of what is going on with GTCH. I do not and I 'generally' think most SHs are like me. I do NOT attack people I do not know personally and have a strong understanding of their knowledge base or personal connections.

I can understand how you might take offence to my wording, but I meant none. I was, and still am, appreciative of your earlier response.

I make a special effort NOT to be personal in my non-private postings. Obviously I am not perfect in doing so. But I try. GTCH subjects are especially hard to respond to. Too little info to find any facts to dig into. Personally, my decision to invest here is regrettable in the least as it stands right now. Fully accept my decision and own its responsibility.

Hey. I replied to your pondering about the Nexus Workspaces deal value to GBT and its stockholders. I clearly used the word "potential" several times. Your reply was crass.
You also seem to be having a debate with yourself online. Put some facts or relational observations in your debate postings. Get a grip on your own decision to invest or not.

Being in the 'dark' does not help things being fully understood MM. SHs DO need to be brought up to date on what the 'true' business plan is for GTCH. I prefer being optimistic in my posts. Optimism stems from having knowledge "of something" I can wrap my mind around. Something hard to find makes it quite difficult for not going out on a VERY thin limb.

Nexus Workspaces IP showcases applicable/relevant IP in an environment beyond conception needs some further explanation. I do not see it, although income generation is supportive, I would think there are a few other income-generating outfits for sale that have a more-conceivable connection to what their patent suite is suited for AND their overall business plan moving forward.

I believe that this sub will potentially fulfill (IMO, high confidence level) the following two strategic GBT needs:
1) Provide a revenue stream. My understanding of the Nexus Workspaces purchase is that the membership fee income stream will provide an income source.
Question for ALL: Has anyone gained access the actual deal details? This would provide insight into a) GBT's role in actual operational management and b) the membership and rental fee income split if GBT does not manager the day-to-day business.
2) Creates an opportunity for GBT to showcase applicable/relevant IP in environment beyond conception. Also, the Nexus Workspaces IP fits into the picture for GBT as well or it would not have been specifically included in the PR announcement.

MM, interested in knowing how you feel this sub will fit into GTCH's business plan? Seems so disconnected to me from my early interest in their patents.

I'm reviewing the GTCH PR's again, but in depth this time. I 'm very encourage by the phase in bold below:
"Under the agreements, GBT, through its wholly owned subsidiary to be incorporated, Nexus Workspace Holdings, Inc. (“NH”), will acquire Nexus Workspace’s Florida-based properties..."
This is a phase that I do not recall reading in GTCH PR's in my five years of investing in its stock.

Not to be dismal regarding our outlook for the rest of the year but I think we should be prepared for the potential that the bid could disappear...heavy volume would only display the willingness of the ask to accept the bid at .0001 rather than holding for the hopeful wish at .0002.

Huge write-off sales demand for tax purposes prior to 2025. Is there enough buyer frenzy to suck it up?

I will also be a bit more optimistic about what WE, as SHs, have in store for 2025.

LOTS. Just on EGO alone there is no doubt the managers in charge here are NOT going to let their chance of wealth and notoriety fail.

I am POSITIVE that their publications boosting the potential capabilities of GTCH's patents have in reshaping the mindset of current tech is believed to be sound. Also, the power of manufacturing products that carry/use their tech can have in generating huge consumer sales is not an idle exaggeration. They do believe in GTCH patents. They are banking on it.

SH gain in all of this depends TOTALLY in how management designs the SS. I am sorry, but THAT is the missing link. I do not have as strong a trust in management's integrity and bend towards looking out for their SHs, that is a wait and see!

But I do believe that the recent surge in trade volume DOES speak well for us short term. While doubts persist, I do see us breaking the .001 threshold in the not-too-distant future (yet after Jan 01). That in itself holds promise for most of us that getting to the level of 'share freebie-land' is yet a possibility.

I think that's the fourth consecutive trading day where someone dumped 25 mil shares at trip 1. That can't be a coincidence can it? I assume we'll see this the rest of the week.

I hope those who are dumping at .0001 just to get out and break even minus commission, wake up to billion share traded days with .0006 or more on the bid. Happens all the time all of a sudden....

I do believe that I am wasting my time watching GTCH play out for the rest of the year. Everybody going home for the holidays. Nothing new or exciting until after 01/01/2025. It was nice to watch the bid remain strong but the ask is far too big to disappear from now to the 1st.

YES! These are the type of agreements I like. Direct share participation. GTCH has ownership on the books, GTCH shareholder's have additional non-GTCH shares.

GTCH 100% agree with PIT on the MMs and managment manupliating the stock ,, I beleive there is one follower from several years ago that can shed alittle light on that who worked on the inside as a consultant and mentioned there was some crooked shit that went on manupilating the price back in the gopher protocol days ,,again several years ago..................

I do suspect half of the ask is MMs, and the other half are from in here.

NO! if you want ones you are helping the bid, but if you are selling at two on the ask, then you are hurting the stock from moving upwards, JMO.
