I can't find any thing related to the patents but i did see in one of the filings about possible infringment ,, as well as I noticed that what I beleive some of the patents that had assignments to GBT are now unassigned ? gbt tech has 10 assigned patents TOKENIZE has 4 and there are over 25 applications open and acouple not assigned only to RITTMAN,, ,, there was also a patent grant this month to tokenize that didn't receive any attention ? ,,

What they the money makers are doing right now with that one million on the ask is called a bait tactic, they will replace it as soon as you buy it, but if you want any more ones, you can have them.

True, it takes a lot of consistent volume at a fast pace to beat them at their own game called a squeeze, and I'm not seeing that anytime soon, but things happen, you never know.

Understand. I did likewise years prior to have some familiarity with Wall Street's grip on retail trading.

Just something that I saved from years ago, still applies evidently, found it from doing research on short selling.

If anyone is interested, when I mention 'Middle Class' Retail traders in my comments regarding GTCH shares, what I am saying is that, supposedly, right now for your family to be included in middle class : For a three-person household, the national middle [class] income is between approximately $56,600 to $169,800 annually.

I am actually glad to retain this belief - because actual shares is the ONLY thing that protects the interests of all middle class retail traders holding shares - otherwise, without strong insider presence in holding shares of GTCH shares, OUR INTERESTS would dissolve when the expected reduction of our O/S count through either another R/S or redesignation into shares of another unknown entity's shares (I am talking of buy-out possibilities).

The more powerful interests embedded in the actual O/S count, the better the middle-class retailer's chances are for a more equitable possibility of a fair distribution of gain, IF there is ever going to be any!

Probably the case can. Even a little gain from idle hands is better than nothing. Boredom affects us all. However, business powers hate nothing more than to have its employees get paid for doing nothing. So, enough gain to pay the employee's salary each day???

For sure, GTCH is caught up in the doings on WallStreet as every other ticker is. However, not all tickers are caught up in the naked short scam as GTCH is. So, I only address the naked short side of things. IMO, Wall Street covets naked shorting as a means of skimming quick gain positions from trading activity.

I do not understand anyone's position that believes the current administration is going to change that. As pro-business as it is, there is NO chance ANY avenue for gain (in spite of who is disadvantaged by it) from the rich and powerful within the business community is going to be eliminated. If anything can be expected, it should be the INCREASE of schemes to remove even more profit from the hands of middle-class retail traders.

What do you think joe. These retail buys at 1s? Naked shorting seems to be picking up again. How they make $$ in doing so is beyond me. If most are picked up retail, I would say the buys are from insiders. If so, I would think that news is leaking on the inside and a GTCH PR is in the making. The BNIX deal with GTCH is minimal although if they succeed, GTCH owning shares, once on the books, WILL have an impact on the PPS.

Yet it is the news other than BNIX and AVAI that I really am waiting for. I think their chip patents are in play with GTCH in total. THAT NEWS of development has been LONG in silence. If SHs believe, as I do, that this silence is the BIG BOOM that awaits GTCH SHs directly.

ANY big boy chip manufacturing company is in play. Neither BNIX nor AVAI cover that territory although they certainly use chips (currently provided by another source) I would think. ANY supplier specifically incorporating the tech of GTCH's patents SHOULD spark a tremendous upsurge in GTCH's pps.

IMO, there is good reason to think that, but no further.

IMO, GTCH is not a straight-line run business, rather its path has been quite bumpy, wavy and filled with hurtles.

The BNIX PR today is significant just because it isn't just another extension! BNIX is actually getting somewhere! The curves in GTCH's path are starting to straighten out as a result. Fewer hurtles are noted as well. Their role within BNIX is far clearer now. Their piece of the BNIX action is more clearly defined (although BNIX has an O/S of 2,800,000+ more shares than distributed in the agreement thus far (35% of voting authority) means that their O/S is about to nearly double when shares are actually generated in accordance with the agreement). My wonder is, does GTCH's 5% share get accounted for in the financials? Good bit of 'assets' and SHOULD bounce the pps?

That’s not very likely without some serious action. I would guess 5 times what it had yesterday. But I love a good surprise. I will be curious if we see a 25 million dump if there is a big 0001 bid
