I concur can. Danny provided the incentive (his initiative to obtain patents on his ideas). A convincing guy capable of drawing in others in support of his ideas (of making money of course), even obtains sideline financial support. A Pinky is born. 17B shares later, here we are. Ultimately, Danny WILL decide where we are going as well.

Now I have no other choice but hang onto his coattails as are other SHs. My only hope, believing GTCH is going somewhere, he does not decide to cut the coattails I am hanging onto - even a thread remaining gives me hope that I can somehow muster a profit from all of this 'hanky pinky'.

Danny is the tech guru, It appears that he does NOT have a sufficient hand in brokering a deal where all insider interests are resolved. Forming a unified company base where his skill of development actually generates an active business plan to bring manufacturing/service-related activities to a stage of reality, where revenue exists, is NOT among his skill set.

Longs are well advised to understand the complex nature of GTCH which you describe. All considered in my own opinion that SHs should be aware that GTCH management could well stick its shareholders with the short straw.

I have no doubt, considering that it has taken over 3 years to get this far, that the ultimate power of consensus among the power brokers of GTCH will occur in 2025.

At that point the makings of what "GTCH" will consolidate into its final full-fledge 'corporation' moving forward. IMO, GTCH will remain, Tokenize will not. Even BNIX and AVAI may ultimately be subsidiaries of GTCH rather than 'contractual' contributors to GTCH's bottom line.

My perspective stems from the realization, as can describes, that 'something' must happen to consolidate ALL diverse aspects of GTCH's undertakings, primarily due to its patent package and the ENORMOUS impact those patents may have on AI/Chip advances.

I just cannot believe GTCH management has such a small vision of ITS impact on the LARGE INCOME GENERATION CAPABILITY OF BOTH TECH AVENUES. To capture a healthy share of that potential with what they have, CONSOLIDATION OF INTERESTS must occur to STOP internal clashes regarding 'fair share' (NOT including SH's I am afraid). The sheer extent of insider concerns currently detract from any concerted effort to actually generate revenues!

Internal bickering and its legal ramifications has kept GTCH from emerging as a significant contender for tech revenue up to this point.
NOW is the time, IMO, that the necessary consolidation of interests be rectified. Let's move forward instead of just spinning?

They trying every loophole they can to line their pockets, no matter what happens with these patents , or what they do.. when things are done under subsidiary it doesn't benefit us directly.
Theyll PR under gbt but the transactions are all middlemanned . Messy management IMO.

GTCH I think when and if they are ready some of the 10 patents assigned to GBT and ONLY GBT is when share holders will get some reward ,,, this means dealing outside the dirty circle they are dealing with curently ,, I guess I can't understand how you can create a product whith a private company you own 50% stake in (TOKENIZE) and sell it back to a company you created and have control over for pennies on the dollar and it be legal and the shares get turned over to 3rd parties ,,, WTF is that ? that previous post was SARCASM, not real intended negativity. I am just too impatient to sit idle week after week. I was able to buy a few more shares of GTCH at 1s. Further investment of my little cash I have available DOES indicate TRUE optimism. GTCH HAS TO HAVE SOME ROLE TO PLAY IN THE AI/CHIP TECH BOOM.

Even a minor role SHOULD enable longs to get their investment $$ back with a LITTLE green to boot! All GTCH's hype and patent processed news SHOULD amount to SOMETHING to generate a bit of profit ... eventually.

GTCH has put so much time in creating patents and acquiring cash to do it that they never had time to contemplate how they were going MANAGE generating revenues from their patent effort. SHs now have to endure another extensive period of time for them to gain that management skill to do that as well ... all while the AI and chip tech enrichment period passes them by.

Funny. Longs have been waiting for over 3 years.

GTCH BANNIX sells 1400 shares and goes up a nickel ,,,,,BT ealls over 50 mil and drops to less than worthless ,,,WTF this story keeps getting rewritten over and over

I do believe that the BNIX deal is close to be completed. What I cannot understand is how BNIX can support a $12 PPS. GTCH pps should be improved but anyone buying BNIX shares at current pricing has to realize the dilution of its shares to be a likelihood as well.

Yeah Transfers take time to become available for purchasing penny stocks On Most platforms. The best way to do it is if you have the funds there is a wire x. A little more work, but it's there immediately for whatever you want. Frustrating nonetheless

I was going to buy GTCH shares myself, but the funds I transferred to my account are on "hold" even though ET took the dollars from the funding account. I am going to have to look for another discount brokerage firm that will allow me to buy shares in Pinkyland. Not sure who or if I can find another that was so permissive as ET previously. ET no longer provides adequate services/prompt assistance to those of us who are 'minor' players - in other words, middle class. Business is becoming synonymous with disservice - unless you are willing to grease the skid (pay more for such services that used to be maintained just to GET your business. No more.

Definitely going to be a defining day hereI'm a buyer if they're on the ask.
