It is done. Thus, we are legit. Now, it is a matter of time for FINRA and the audited FINS. I can tell you, audited FINS will be tough. That could be a wait. As long as the company keeps everyone up to date, the price should rise with every update.

I’ve been here longer than a year but if you have you should know it’s went well over .008 more than a few times in the last year.
Not so much in the last 6 months but plenty of opportunities for trading.
Actually in September anyone who bought 3’s earlier could have sold .003’s for .009’s or sold them many times above .005’s thru Dec. and even
Last month everyone had the opportunity to buy .003’s and sell in the mid 004’s. Don’t fall in love with them trade em.

There is no4 way of proving it unless the company has documentation itbwants to publish. Usually a company files within 10 days of a corporate action, in this case the claimed name/symbol change, and FINRA usually processes it within a reasonable time frame. Do not believe the ones who claim it takes months/years. This is only true if there is a defiency determination. But if deemed deficient, the company has to refile with updated rtequested information. The review comittee meets monthly.

So the bottom line is they either did not file or there are issues.
