IPIX Discussion

"IPIX owns a big chunk of that company"

Bet it doesn't.

"their potential for success is massive with their StingRay Laser System."

Nah - they filed as a copycat of an existing medical device. If it ever reaches the market, it will have to compete on price.

"One can only speculate as to their motivations."

As I've mentioned many times, I derive satisfaction from studying stock scams and those who promote them.

IPIX is merely one of many, as a brief perusal of my posts will confirm.

Too bad this reliable source didn't ask Leo's son Elliot a question about his dad's outlook on the future of IPIX in regard to the alliance of IPIX with BeaMed Technologies. IPIX owns a big chunk of that company, and their potential for success is massive with their StingRay Laser System. When you have individuals hell-bent on convincing investors day after day that IPIX is DEAD, DEAD, DEAD! Well, that has convinced me that if it was true, they would have shut up and been gone long ago. One can only speculate as to their motivations.

"Is Leo a criminal genius? Is that why he has never been arrested or charged with a crime?"

Nah. It's just that anybody who still thinks IPIX and Leo are legit is criminally stupid.

P T Barnum said it best (apocryphally, at least).

Hope your source is not running girl! Full of poo poo imo! Although I do agree Leo is a stinky turd for cutting all communication and wouldn’t put it past him! All though why is the Cummings thing continuing if he’s done with Ipix?

How do we know that he's not buying back shares as we speak? If he really sold, why is he bothering to spend attorney fees to fight Cummings? Something is not jiving!!!

A very good source who knows Elliot Ehrlich( Leo's son) has confirmed that Leo surrendered the last of his IPIX shares in November of 2024 to offset gains in the market. Leo now has ZERO shares of IPIX. I guess we now know why he stopped doing SEC filings. He didn't want anyone to know. Besides other reasons I'm sure. What a lowlife Piece of Shit. I guess he is going to live in his Saturday hat wearing gated community the rest of his life.
He stiffed to many people to feel safe outside of it.

A reminder for all.

https://www.beam-med.com/

Brain

Epilepsy is the most prevalent serious neurologic condition in the world, affecting about 70 million people. Unfortunately, 30%-40% of those patients are afflicted with drug resistant epilepsy, meaning they receive no relief from medication. BeaMed will offer new hope for this core group of patients. In addition, BeaMed’s advanced products will provide better surgical options for Brain tumors.

Addressing a significant market.

Lungs

Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer related death today. Major investments and advances have been made in the last decades in robotic and highly precise navigation and diagnostic tools for early stage lung cancer, yet the goal of less invasive therapeutic tools to be deployed through these advanced platforms remains to be solved. BeaMed targets development of new therapeutic options for early stage lung cancer.

Prostate

Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer and the second leading cause of death in males. Surgical treatment options carry the risk of erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence. Better control and shaping of energy deposition to match the target lesion while avoiding critical structures can greatly enhance the tradeoff between outcome and complication rate. BeaMed will aim at altering this tradeoff for millions of patients.

“ Exhibiting a complete lack of integrity must also be bliss.”

Ask Leo and Mr. Bean.

They’re the ones who stole your money after all, although to be fair it’s your own fault as you ignored all the warnings that brighter posters like loanranger and others gave you.

Found this on the lawyers website:
Partner Daniel J. Dwyer was recently quoted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article, “Email to landlord was sufficient written notice of nonrenewal”. The article discusses the recent ruling from the Massachusetts Appeals Court stating an e-mail by which a commercial tenant notifies its landlord that the lease will not automatically renew suffices as notice of non-renewal, even in a lease stating that e-mail notice is not effective.

In 2018, Dwyer won a similar trial against the same landlord, Cummings Properties LLC, and the verdict was affirmed on appeal. He believes that the Appeals Court has” had it” with Cummings Properties’ treatment of its commercial tenants. He went on to say that the Appeals Court, “knows that the automatic extension cases it sees represent just a fraction of the times that,” according to the trial judge in the recent case, Cummings, on receipt of notice, ”covers its ears like a child unwilling to listen to a piece of unwelcome information” in order to cause an automatic lease renewal to occur and thereby to deliver a devastating financial shock to one of its tenants.

Half the people who post on this board could do a better job than Leo. Some common sense goes a long way.

I know that I'm not dopey enough to think that the IPIX attorney would have failed to file a document that made clear the Company's intent to terminate the lease.
No spin, just a fact.

Read the court filings.

I'm not pretending anything.
I've read the publicly available court filings that IPIX has made (have you?) and there is no indication that IPIX sent an email during the renewal option period that explicitly stated that they did not intend to renew the lease at the time of its expiration.
One would have to be pretty dopey to think that such an email would be left out of the IPIX claims and exhibits if it existed. Even IF email wasn't specifically excluded in the lease as a method of communicating the tenant's renewal intentions (as it was) such an email would likely have mitigated against the courts finding that IPIX owed for the full term of the lease.

BTW, Leo turned over the lease termination mechanics to JH and the company bookkeeper. I guess he was too busy.

Cummings knew what they were doing and your boy didn't. And apparently neither do you.

“ Are IPIX shareholders destined to lose our control over Brilicidin?”

Best as I can gauge, IPIX shareholders never had any control over IPIX.

Leo Ehrlich long neglected his fiduciary and other responsible governance responsibilities to his investors ( or “marks” as he and Mr. Bean invariably refer to you). more recently he has also decided to ignore his legal responsibilities under US Securities Laws.

"after a lengthy pause due to the Israel war with Hamas". Sez you. If Ehrlich thought he could sell that story we would have heard it before YOU told it.
Or maybe BeaMed made an announcement to that effect and I missed it. Did they?

Hi, Pete. Good to see your post. I agree with you that we need a "white hat" company to carry the ball from here, and it looks like our best hope is our investment in BeaMed Pharma and their StingRay laser system, which, after after a lengthy pause due to the Israel war with Hamas, has begun to move forward as demonstrated by two recent hires. Our potential there is big, along with Brilacidin. I still hold out hope.

"So Leo did provide notice to Cummins before the renewal date, albeit through email, which was not an approved means."
IPIX sent no such email and the article doesn't say that it did.

The case(s) referred to in the article involved leases with similar if not identical terms regarding the notice requirements regarding automatic renewal and in one case the Judge ruled that, even though the lease explicitly precluded email as a proper method of communication, he decided as the article headline states: "Email to landlord was sufficient written notice of nonrenewal".

The Exhibit List in the IPIX/Cummins case does not include an email from anyone at IPIX during the option period indicating that there was no intention to renew the lease. It seems obvious then that even if the current Judge was inclined to accept email as an acceptable form of communication it wouldn't matter at all.

This case and the case(s) in the cited article are different in the most critical of elements.

Note from current Appeals Court Docket:
11/26/2024 #19 Motion of Appellant to extend date for filing Reply Brief filed for Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. by Attorney Daniel Dwyer.
11/26/2024 RE#19: Allowed to 1/19/25. *Notice.

The article that you linked is not the complete article, which can be seen here:
https://masslawyersweekly.com/2023/06/12/email-to-landlord-was-sufficient-written-notice-of-nonrenewal/?utm_term=Email%20to%20landlord%20was%20sufficient%20written%20notice%20of%20nonrenewal&utm_campaign=Email%20to%20landlord%20was%20sufficient%20written%20notice%20of%20nonrenewal&utm_content=Editorial&utm_source=Act-On+Software&utm_medium=MALW&Email=ddwyer@verrill-law.com

The article makes no mention at all of Innovation Pharmaceuticals.
The thing that IPIX and the other plaintiffs had in common were the terms of the lease and the lease extension.
(See response to subsequent post.)
