I'm flattered, but I assure you I'm not loanranger.

I'm not even Tonto, just a semi-retired Pharma Corner Office Executive who knows a penny stock scam when he sees one.

They have no choice but to wait....the lien will obviously accrue daily interest....It would be advantageous for Leo to pay it sooner than later. In my opinion, he should pay it with his own funds since it was his F up!!!!!

If appeal fails, won't they owe right away? Doubt plaintiff will wait for IPIX to succeed/fail.

They are not worthless.....if the company succeeds and the share price of IPIX goes up, Leo can sell IPIX shares and pay off his debt to Cummins and the court will release the lien. Thats how liens work......

As you quoted "On June 9, 2022, Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Squalus Med Ltd., a company established under the laws of the State of Israel (“SML”), pursuant to which the Company purchased 55,556 shares of SML’s Series A Redeemable Preferred Shares (the “Series A Shares”)"....
....and it is those shares that are now useless to IPIX. They can't sell them, lend them or use them as security. Hence they are currently worthless to IPIX.

Shareholders of the Company need to know that.

IPIX purchased and still owns a substantial interest in BeaMed according to a prior IPIX announcement in 2022:
INNOVATION PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. BOUGHT 41.6 % OF SQUALUS MED, LTD. (NOW BT BeaMed Technologies)
IPIX has bought a sizable stake in an Israeli company that has a novel laser ablation technology, Squalus Medical, Ltd. (now, BT BeaMed Technologies.

Per new 8k- Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 9, 2022, Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Squalus Med Ltd., a company established under the laws of the State of Israel (“SML”), pursuant to which the Company purchased 55,556 shares of SML’s Series A Redeemable Preferred Shares (the “Series A Shares”) and a warrant (the “Warrant”) to purchase 27,778 Series A Shares for aggregate consideration of $4,000,000, or approximately $72.00 per Series A Share. Following the closing under the Purchase Agreement, the Company owns approximately 35.7% of SML’s issued and outstanding equity securities and approximately 41.6% of SML’s equity securities on a fully diluted basis. The Company also entered into customary investor rights and indemnification agreements with SML." IMO, There is every reason to believe based on news of recent BeaMed hires that things are moving forward with the amazing StingRay Laser System.

"IPIX put that asset up security, but continues to own their interest in BeaMed. It is worth far more in future earnings than 1.4M."
They lost their case and as a result were REQUIRED to post the only asset they had that could act as security for the judgment. It is now USELESS to them. Do you really expect them to win their appeal? Do you know what happens if/when they don't?

In 2020 a poster noted that Leo/IPIX was stiffing Menon and Cummings. You said ""Stiffing" these individuals carries the accusation that Leo NEVER INTENDS TO PAY THEM. We are well aware of these liabilities. But without evidence that they will never be paid, it's BULLSH-T."
I guess it's too soon to call it never, but it is 4 years+ later and both parties remain stiffed.

Wrong for 8 years and counting:
"Incredible prospects for a super cheap stock! I am adding."

Funny how Mr. Know it all Sunspotter NEVER responded to my post.
He always has some response. After all he has over 50 years of KNOWITALL experience..
He had to wait for LoanRanger to get back in to the office 4 days later to help him out.
BTW IPIX has a $4,000,000 stake in BeaMed and so Cummings(owed a little over $1m) would be entitled to a fraction of the shares once the Laser gets approved.
So yea IPIX does have a stake in BeaMed. A big one.

"... the BeaMed stake is now acting as Cummings' security for the $1.4M judgment against IPIX." IPIX put that asset up security, but continues to own their interest in BeaMed. It is worth far more in future earnings than 1.4M.

"Then why was the BeaMed stake mentioned in the latest Cummings vs Innovation Pharmaceutical court case?"
If you read that mention carefully you would have noticed that it said that the BeaMed stake is now acting as Cummings' security for the $1.4M judgment against IPIX. IPIX can't do anything at all with those shares. That's why it was mentioned.
Accordingly it's fair to say that there’s every reason to believe IPIX no longer has any stake in BeaMed, even if you and the 9 people who liked your post would rather not accept that.
IPIX's stake in BeaMed is worth less to IPIX than your stake in IPIX is worth to you.

“how much of that cash was repatriated to Leo’s Florida mansion?"

Maybe you can tell us the quantum that was kicked back to Leo Ehrlich.

After all, you seem to know a lot about the inner secrets of this otherwise non-reporting and inoperative company.

"The catalyst will likely be the first product with Brilacidin that IPIX gets a FDA nod for after a successful Phase 3. "
There are no Phase 3s under way nor is the Company in a position to undertake any.

"IPIX is currently in a holding pattern because its finances are dependent on its investment in BeaMed."
Cummings has been granted an equitable lien and continuing security interest in IPIX's investment in BeaMed. IPIX's investment in BeaMed is worthless to IPIX at the moment per the Order of Postjudgment Security in Case no. 2077CV00101.

"08/23/2024 ORDER: of Post Judgment Security
..II. ALTERNATIVE SECURITY
In accordance with General Laws c. 223, sec. 86A, Innovation shall obtain and provide within thirty (30) days of this Order a bond payment to Cummings with sureties to be approved by this Court conditioned to pay Cummings the amount of at least $1,375,811.36, within thirty (30) days of the date when execution may issue upon judgment, which bond shall be filed with the clerk after its approval by the Court. "

Most recent appeals case (2024-P-0638) activity:
11/12/2024 #18 Appellee brief filed for Cummings Properties, LLC by Attorney Michael Barker.
11/26/2024 #19 Motion of Appellant to extend date for filing Reply Brief filed for Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. by Attorney Daniel Dwyer.
11/26/2024 RE#19: Allowed to 1/19/25. *Notice.

No mention has been made in either docket of the provision of the bond to Cummings. I think it's obvious that IPIX couldn't fund it.

"If Beam-Med sends their cash to Mr. Ehrlich ....?"

It's Bea-Med, not Beam-Med, silly.

And it's not "their" cash - it's cash that used to belong to the shareholders (such as you purport to be) before Leo Ehrlich (known as Daddy to some) gifted it to some off-shore company.

"how do they pay all the new employees?"

With the cash from their other businesses, silly, if by "all" you mean the few that have been detected.

If Beam-Med sends their cash to Mr. Ehrlich how do they pay all the new employees?

And same like your other lie I am sure you can not name one.

“ Under Ehrlich, things move too...all downhill.”

To be fair, under Ehrlich $4 million of IPIX’ shareholders’ money also moved offshore.

The interesting question is how much of that cash was repatriated to Leo’s Florida mansion to join the millions he had already purloined from his hapless marks?

Then why was the BeaMed stake mentioned in the latest Cummings vs Innovation Pharmaceutical court case?

You’re asking the wrong question.

Why did the Company stop reporting information to shareholders? Why is this ticker on an expert market not accessible to shareholders? Why did the CEO put the company in a position of being sued? Why is the share price zero? Why are you still defending this piece of shit? Why did the company erase everything to do with Kevetrin? Why did the company give millions of shares to others on multiple occasions? Why did the company give millions of dollars to an off shore company just before they stopped reporting to shareholders? Why was the company’s financing partners arrested for a ponzi scheme? I could go on, but you get the point.

The point - Kool Aid and French Cannolis are a bad combo!

IPIX may not have received any revenue for now, but it may when the subject of the patent is developed, marketed and sold in the future by the entity(ies) holding the patent(s). The catalyst will likely be the first product with Brilacidin that IPIX gets a FDA nod for after a successful Phase 3.

IPIX is currently in a holding pattern because its finances are dependent on its investment in BeaMed. Good things come to people who wait (Investors only).

The Great Cannoli Caper: A Tale of IPIX Deception

In Paris streets where croissants gleam,
A curious plot began to scheme.
Not in Naples, not in Rome,
But under the Eiffel’s iron dome.

A pastry chef with toque held high,
Declared, beneath a sugared sky:
“Who needs ricotta, shells, or cream?
We’ll build a better cannoli dream!”

But oh, mon Dieu, the plan was flawed,
For what emerged was pastry fraud.
No golden shells, no creamy core,
Just hollow lies and marketing lore.

Then came IPIX, slick and sly,
With polished suits and eager eye.
“Fear not, mes amis, don’t despair!
We’ll sell these treats—beyond compare!”

Posters plastered, ads unfurled,
“The best cannolis in the world!”
But one brave gourmand took a bite,
And gasped in horror at the sight.

“Where’s the ricotta? Where’s the flair?
This shell’s as empty as the air!”
The crowd erupted, truth laid bare,
IPIX caught in their éclairs.

But profits soared, despite the sham,
As tourists bought each pastry scam.
For in the city where dreams are sold,
A fake cannoli still looks gold.

So here’s a lesson, sweet but stern:
Authenticity’s hard to earn.
Whether Paris skies or Sicilian sun,
A real cannoli fools no one. End the French fraud. Take the gun leave the cannolis.

You said this: "You propose a company can use and sell Brilacidin and pay Ipix nothing?"
Your implication was clearly that IPIX must have been compensated when other companies used and/or sold brilacidin (small b).

So again I ask:
Please explain why IPIX has never recorded any revenue at all related to those uses.
Either they didn't receive any revenue or they failed to record it. Pick one.
