What is the point if you have a rudderless ship with only one person left and that person is so brain dead he can't even bother to carry out a simple task like maintaining his company website to reflect the current state of his collapsed empire.

What could get interesting is this excerpt from the recently published article.- "warrants further in-depth investigation"
The peptide exhibited rapid bactericidal activity, reducing N. gonorrhoeae high inoculum within two hours. Moreover, brilacidin was superior to the drug of choice, ceftriaxone, in eliminating the intracellular N. gonorrhoeae harbored within endocervical cells. Additionally, brilacidin showed high tolerability in mammalian cells and lacked hemolytic activity in human erythrocytes. Altogether, the results demonstrate that brilacidin is a promising anti-gonococcal agent that warrants further in-depth investigation.

As I have explained countless times before, I’m interested in penny stock scams, those who run them and those who promote them.

I find it mildly engaging and I also don’t like grifters, crooks and criminals like Leo Ehrlich.

I have little or no interest in the financial fortunes of their hapless, greedy gullible marks, especially those who defend the indefensible with personal attacks and insults.

However this latter group (which would appear to include you) deserve to have the contumely they pile upon those like me who have proven to be consistently right re-directed at themselves.

Why would you have the slightest concern about a complete stranger's investment?

How does this affect you personally? Please enlighten.

And another new study: "Brilacidin for combating multidrug-resistant N. gonorrhoeae"!

After your great find about DeGrado's new E .coli study, here's another new study about Brilcidin and N. gonorrhoeae.
Neisseria gonorrhoeae is classified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as an urgent public health threat due to rising infections and rapid resistance development. N. gonorrhoeae has developed resistance to nearly all FDA-approved drugs, with ceftriaxone being the only remaining effective treatment for gonococcal infections.
[..]
Herein, brilacidin displayed potent activity against a panel of 22 drug-resistant strains of N. gonorrhoeae, inhibiting 50% of the strains tested (MIC50) at the concentration of 4 µg/mL.

If they win this decision, does this free up some cash or release them from some binding legal issue? What I see is a company with a OTC Markets Delinquent SEC Reporting status. I just want to see how this court decision will impact them. Thanks.

On the cusp of an appeals court decision. If Innovation wins, and Beamed Laser starts making money, the stock may rise. Leo will go on with developing Purisol, Kevetrin, and other drugs. Some of the longs here would get their investment back, if they haven’t passed away already. (Post mostly fiction)

" do you have personal familial contacts with insider information as you indicate you have with IPIX?"

Your reading comprehension seems to be poor.

Nothing in this post of mine suggests that I have "familial connections" with IPIX:

"Someone who I don’t entirely trust told me that, and I quote:

“ Leo is selling his $2,000,000 estate to son Elliot for a BUCK!”

If true, I guess that’s the kind of thing you do before being sued for bankruptcy."

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175929947

Let me clarify things for you as it seems you need some help. The person I "don't entirely trust" is a former IPIX long and poster on this very MB who contacted me by other means to give me this information. It seems he or she does have some links because they did have what appeared to be inside information which he or she posted on this MB before it was made public by IPIX.

I do hope that helps. Do let me know if any of the long words are too tricky for you, or if you still can't grasp the meaning of my posts. They're not that difficult really.

You're welcome.

So, in the vast majority of penny stock scams that you follow, do you have personal familial contacts with insider information as you indicate you have with IPIX?

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175929947

Or is this an extremely fortunate coincidence? Certainly, does appear to greatly benefit you in your "scam studies". 😏 If nothing, you are entertaining.

Because I enjoy studying scams, those who promote them and those who run them.

When I first posted on this MB in August 2915, IPIX had a market cap of several hundred million dollars and a pps of over $4.

In all that time, I've always been right, and IPIX enthusiasts have always been wrong.

It's the same with the vast majority of penny stock scams I follow.

What's your excuse?

Why put this much effort into a .0001 company? 😂
👍️ 3 🤣 1
sunspotter sunspotter 4 weeks ago
You should watch it yourself to get an accurate picture.

IPIX' attorney got savaged at the beginning, and just kept repeating himself. He did himself or his client no favors, except that maybe he garnered some sympathy for the difficult position he was in.

Englander did indeed seem unhappy with the Plaintiff's approach, but a contract is a contract, and the law is the law as Englander reluctantly acknowledged.

The original verdict will almost certainly be upheld, and there will be no settlement.

Bankruptcy awaits IPIX, but not Leo Ehrlich who has already transferred any assets from the company to himself, his family, and his chums.

Outstanding! Thanks for the recap.

I watched the appeal hearing. I thought that the IPIX attorney did an outstanding job. One of the judges, -- Englander, showed obvious distain for Cummings history of what he referred to as playing "gotcha" with at least two other tenants. My guess is that they will reach a financial settlement favorable to IPIX. A verdict should come soon.

Doubt it - the contract was clear in terms of what constituted termination, and the law is the law, even if Justice Englander got a little feisty towards the end.

I know who the “friend” in question is, and while I definitely don’t trust them, they certainly were long and a strong proponent of IPIX in former times with a certain amount of what appeared to be genuine insider knowledge.

Now he or she is very decidedly anti-Leo and accuses him and his son of siphoning off IPIX’ assets before bankruptcy is declared.

Nothing about Ehrlich’s behavior or radio silence contradicts this person’s account of current IPIX events.

Given the lack of quotation marks employed in your post it's impossible to tell where the AI review starts and stops and which words are your own, if any. So I have to ask, is this offer yours or some bots? Your signature appears under it.:
"If you need a more detailed breakdown or have specific questions about the device or the 510(k) process, let me know! "

The Device Name for the device covered by the document in question is "BeaMed Laser Surgery Fibers".
Said fibers, as I understand it, are nothing revolutionary and are devices in the same sense that a straw that is used to drink out of a can is a device.
The promised invention...the Sting Ray...that was supposed to save the day is still nowhere to be seen. This didn't happen, did it?
"We fully expect BeaMed to capitalize on this opportunity as it positions itself for FDA submission by the middle of 2024,” commented Leo Ehrlich, Chief Executive Officer at Innovation Pharmaceuticals."
