$RFHRF $RFR.CN Renforth Resources Inc. Commences Field Work and Permitting at Parbec Gold Deposit
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1L7OFrm9a-renforth-resources-inc-commences-field-work-and-permitting-at-parbec-gold-deposit.html
PICKERING, Ontario – TheNewswire - November 7, 2024 -- Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) (OTCQB: RFHRF) (FSE: 9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”), an active mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration and development of multi-commodity mineral properties in Canada, today advises shareholders of new field work on our Parbec gold deposit, located in Malartic Quebec.
Renforth's geologists are currently working to advance our knowledge at Parbec with the following initiatives:
Stripping Permit
Renforth is in the process of applying for two stripping permits at its Parbec gold deposit, as illustrated below. The purpose of this work is to:
Enhance surface exposure by removing overburden and exposing bedrock. This will aid in creating improved surface visibility of underlying geological structures. This will allow for more detailed mapping of the area.
Improved Structural Understanding: The exposed bedrock will provide valuable insights into the geological relationship between the Pontiac sediments and the Cadillac Break at Parbec. This information is crucial for refining and validating Renforth’s current geological model of the deposit.
Renforth has chosen these stripping locations due to their proximity to near-surface drill intersections. By exposing these zones at surface, Renforth aims to identify surface expressions of these drill intersections to serve as future bulk sampling locations. Renforth anticipates a smooth execution of this work due to relatively shallow overburden thickness and the presence of existing infrastructure, with road access present at target sites. Once permitted, the company plans to initiate this work in the early part of the coming year, weather and ground conditions permitting.
This planned program is designed to complement Renforth's ongoing efforts to advance the Parbec project, potentially leading to a more comprehensive understanding of the deposit's near-surface gold potential and guiding future exploration and development strategies.
Witness Core Assaying for Silver and Other Metals
Renforth is initiating a comprehensive geochemical analysis program at our Parbec gold deposit, with a primary objective of determining the silver content within the Parbec deposit. This work will consist of selecting representative core samples from previously assayed core, stored at our core farm in Val d’Or, and submitting these samples for multi-element analysis. Previously, Renforth has only analyzed for gold at Parbec, except for a handful of samples from 2017/2018 that were submitted for multi-element analysis, which identified the presence of silver as well as trace copper.
The Cadillac Break, running through the Parbec Property, is widely recognized as a major deep-seated gold-bearing structure. However, it is important to highlight that silver is produced at the adjacent Canadian Malartic Mine as well as at the former Lapa mine nearby.
Renforth will conduct additional multi-element sampling by selecting representative samples from the various rock types present at Parbec to gain a more comprehensive understanding of mineral composition, and to identify any by-product elements that may be present. Renforth aims to maximize the potential of the Parbec property and gain a more nuanced understanding of its geological characteristics. This information could prove valuable for future resource estimates, exploration targeting, and overall project development strategies.
TOMRA Sample Selection
Renforth plans to apply an innovative analytical approach to core samples from Parbec, mirroring a successful technique employed at its Victoria polymetallic project. This method involves a comprehensive core analysis of both mineralized and unmineralized material, using advanced sensing technology and proprietary algorithms developed by TOMRA. This process allows for the identification and pre-sorting of ore and waste material, potentially streamlining a future processing stream at Parbec. Renforth will be selecting a group of samples for submission to the TOMRA test facility in Hamburg, Germany.
Field work noted above will be commencing immediately, permit applications will be submitted shortly. Results of this work, when available, will be released.
Renforth Town Hall
Renforth invites any interested parties to join Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth, for a virtual town hall this evening, November 7th, at 7 pm ET via registration at the web address below. Exploration results and status of each property will be reviewed, along with upcoming plans.

$RFHRF $RFR.CN Renforth Resources Inc. Reports Success on Initial Sorting Test of Victoria Polymetallic Mineralization
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1k1vFKO8o-renforth-resources-inc-reports-success-on-initial-sorting-test-of-victoria-polymetallic-mineralization.html
PICKERING, Ontario – TheNewswire - October 1, 2024 -- Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) (OTCQB: RFHRF) (FSE: 9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”), an active mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration and development of multi-commodity mineral properties in Canada, today advises shareholders that an initial test of material from Renforth's Victoria critical minerals polymetallic system in Quebec has been successfully completed at the TOMRA Mining Test Centre in Wedel, Germany. Results include high-definition recognition of mineralization in the drill core submitted, showing sulphide mineralization and mineralized inclusions in waste rock. The recognition of waste rock and the detection of an EM signal of conductivity from the mineralized particles allows additional separation potential.
Renforth will continue the testing process by obtaining a much larger sample, crushing and screening the sample and shipping it to TOMRA for performance testing designed to test separation performance and process, as well as establish the expected sorter performance and throughput, and an eventual process flow sheet.
Why Sort Mineralized and Non-Mineralized Material
This initial proof that material from Victoria can be sorted offers Renforth a way to streamline future operations, reducing costs and the environmental impact of a future operating scenario by implementing pre-concentration.
By removing waste rock early in the processing cycle, Renforth expects to reduce the amount of material processed, which will be at a higher grade than ROM material, resulting in lower Capex and cost in building out the processing capacity. Sorting also means a significant reduction of the project's environmental impact, with less electricity required, less water used and a reduction in the chemicals required to liberate the metal contained within Victoria's polymetallic material by processing less material. Significant reductions in material being processed significantly reduces the size of the tailing’s facility and the associated environmental costs.
Sorting is made possible through the application of XRT and EM in combination, using proprietary algorithms custom engineered for Victoria's mineralization style. Readers can see an X-ray sorting machine, similar to what tested Victoria material, in action on TOMRA's site at https://video.tomra.com/tomra-x-ray-technology-sorting along with other information. Renforth cautions the reader that this is early testing that supports developing a process flow sheet. It is not a decision to build a mine nor is it a guarantee a mine will be built, however, the efficiencies and savings that sorting offers will significantly impact that decision.

$RFHRF $RFR.CN Gold Mineralization Extended into Sediments at Parbec with Soil Survey Results
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1LPRFXN68-gold-mineralization-extended-into-sediments-at-parbec-with-soil-survey-results.html
PICKERING, Ontario, Sept. 11, 2024 – TheNewswire – Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) (OTCQB: RFHRF) (FSE: 9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) today advises shareholders that results from our initial soil sampling campaign on our Parbec Gold Project have extended the gold bearing ground beyond the area of the Cadillac Break and the modelled gold deposit. Encouraging surface sample results, including a 0.28 g/t Au soil sample, supports Renforth’s recent re-interpretation of the Parbec gold deposit, including gold-bearing structures extending into the Pontiac Sediments.
Mapping of the geometry of the contact between the Piché volcanics and the Pontiac sediments resulted in our interpretation of the "Diorite splay" as a hinge fold in the Pontiac, a conduit for gold bearing fluids into not only the Cadillac Break, but also into perpendicular cross faults and low angle structures intersecting the break. This interpretation is supported not only by Renforth’s prior drilling, but also by the initial soil survey results as described above and depicted in the included map. As a result, the area of prospective ground on the property has expanded considerably, enhancing the project’s potential for further gold discoveries, not only in the break but also into the Pontiac sediments to the south of the Cadillac Break.

$RFHRF Strike Length of Lalonde Surface Battery Metals Mineralization Extended to 9km on Renforths Surimeau District Property
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1kWVFMegZ-strike-length-of-lalonde-surface-battery-metals-mineralization-extended-to-9km-on-renforths-surimeau-district-property.html
July 26, 2022 – TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to inform shareholders that summer 2022 prospecting at Surimeau has successfully concluded with, amongst other findings, the extension of the known Lalonde surface battery metals mineralization to a strike length of 9 kms. on Renforth's wholly owned 330 sq km. property located south of Cadillac, Quebec and contiguous to the Canadian Malartic Mine. In the summer 2022 program Renforth continued to work to define the extent of surface/sub-surface polymetallic mineralization on the Surimeau District Property as evidenced by outcrop, drill results and geophysics. To date this has resulted in the definition of the Victoria mineralized structure at ~20km in length and the Lalonde mineralized structure now measuring ~9km in length. A significant amount of ground remains untested, in part because Renforth has, to date, only used existing lumber roads and trails for access within the property.
"We are very happy with the visual results from our second prospecting program at Surimeau this year, this time it seems Lalonde yielded the best-looking samples and each trench intersected mineralization. The extension of Lalonde's strike to 9km adds to the overall battery metals picture at Surimeau, at the same time we have not yet fully prospected the entire Lalonde magnetic trend. Our Surimeau property just continues to get more and more interesting, while our work is at an early stage it is clear we are dealing with two mineralized systems offering significant strike length of mineralization on surface, justifying our continued efforts to determine how big Surimeau actually is" states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.
Summer 2022 Program
During this program Renforth's field crew, along with prospecting various targets, dug 8 different trenches between the Lalonde and Victoria polymetallic mineralized systems. In each trench some amount of mineralization was exposed, with the best mineralization (confirmed visually and with XRF) coming from Lalonde. Interestingly, each trench exposed different portions of each mineralized system, helping to define the orientation of the mineralization, and in some cases making clear that the trench should be extended to capture the entire cross section of the mineralization. Renforth has discovered that at Victoria there is a second horizon of mineralization sitting to the north of the mineralized horizon uncovered during the Fall 2021 stripping at Victoria, the northern crosscut ended ~40m short of where it would have intersected the northern mineralization. Each trench is described below and shown on the location map. Channels were cut in each trench and samples sent for assay; results will be released once available. Due to the success of this program Renforth is now planning additional stripping to cross-cut strike at Victoria in addition to a series of larger cross-cutting stripped trenches along strike at Lalonde in order to further define the extent of mineralization. At Victoria the cross-cutting trenches, which will start at the south and north side of the currently stripped area, will extend well into the sediments, hopefully capturing any additional mineralized horizons.

$RFHRF Successful Prospecting Extends Battery Minerals to Surface on Renforth's Surimeau District Property
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1kWVFM6Xz-successful-prospecting-extends-battery-minerals-to-surface-on-renforths-surimeau-district-property.html
Victoria Structure hosts central surface mineralization, confirming mineralized strike length at 20km.
Surface samples of well mineralized calc-silicate rock were obtained east and west of the Victoria stripped area, the same unit as intersected in drilling.
EM survey continues to deliver mineralization as indicated, this is proof of concept which will aid in follow up field work and drill hole planning.
June 9, 2022 – TheNewswire – Ontario - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to update shareholders on the visual results of our recently concluded Spring 2022 prospecting campaign on our wholly owned, 330 km2 Surimeau District Property, endowed with battery metals mineralization in several locations. The district scale property is road accessible, located near Malartic, Quebec, with two hydro electric power lines on the property from generating stations just to the south.
Renforth's field crew prospected across the entire property, with several targets. All of the targets were visited with samples taken and submitted to the assay laboratory, it is anticipated receipt of results will be several months. The nature of the sulphide mineralization present on the Victoria Structure and at Lalonde allows the recognition of the presence of mineralization in the field, in some instances confirmed by an XRF, the amount of minerals present will be determined by the lab analysis, which will be released once received.
"Our first round of prospecting our district scale Surimeau property this year went very well, our EM survey is proving to be an excellent road map to mineralization. High level observations are presented in this press release, you can appreciate that lots of data has been generated and will be assimilated into our growing project model, with more to come once assays are received. Everything we are learning will be utilized in the next round of prospecting at Surimeau and, eventually, our next drill program. We have new targets for the next round, based on what we learned this round, which we will target as we continue to learn about and develop Surimeau, Quebec's newest battery metals district" states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.
~20km Victoria Structure
Successful prospecting of the central portion of the Victoria Structure proves the presence of battery metal mineralization in outcrop, which, along with the EM anomalies demonstrating the presence of surface/near surface sulphides, allows Renforth to conclude that the Victoria Structure is mineralized. Work will continue to define the grade and amount of mineralization. The prospecting progress map below indicates areas which were sampled, including areas sampled for lithium. The red lines are the gps recorded tracks of our field crew this program, the grey lines are their earlier tracks, showing both what has been uncovered but also how much ground has yet to be explored, even within the Victoria Structure and along strike of Lalonde.
Calc-silicate Surface Mineralization
The calc-silicate altered unit was originally identified as quartzite. It is usually found in the contact zone between the sediments and ultramafics either directly at or on the contact, or proximal to it. This unit resembles quartzite but is green to brown in colour, fine to medium grained with a plagioclase matrix containing bands and crystals of Cr-diopside – Cr-tremolite and occasional bright green Cr-grossular garnets. This unit seems to be an alteration of the ultramafics themselves and is generally very well mineralized with wide disseminations of coarse clotty sulfide, often 5-15% sulfide overall within these zones. It is also often quite foliated. XRF scans while logging core indicated the presence of Ni, Cu, Zn and Co. These observations were proven with drill core assay results where wide intervals of Ni are present, ranging from 0.1 to 0.34% Ni. Copper, zinc, and cobalt values range quite a bit with up to 1.46% Zn and 0.9% Cu within this unit. Cobalt is present through most samples, generally between 60-200 ppm.
This unit was also observed at surface in the May 2022 Prospecting program within the extent of the current DDH, indicating that this unit is present from surface to a maximum vertical depth of 200.5m in drill core over a strike length of at least 2.2km. It is possible that this is the main shear exposed in the Fall 2021 trenching program.
EM Survey Results
As indicated in the prospecting progress map above many of the EM anomalies were visited, numerous had outcrop present. There are still a few anomalies to visit on the Victoria Structure to search for outcrop, this will be done in the next prospecting program at Surimeau. It is anticipated this second campaign will commence in the next few weeks.

$RFHRF Renforth Establishes Surimeau's Lalonde Polymetallic Battery Metals Mineralization Strike at 2.4km
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1k49Fo6DW-renforth-establishes-surimeaus-lalonde-polymetallic-battery-metals-mineralization-strike-at-24km.html
May 31, 2022 – TheNewswire – Ontario, Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE – RFR) (OTCQB– RFHRF) (FSE-9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Lalonde polymetallic "battery metals" mineralization has been extended to the east by ~1.7km and to the west by ~400m by surface sampling of EM anomalies located on the magnetic structure, bringing Lalonde's strike length to ~2.4km and concluding work at Lalonde in the current program.
"I am happy to report to shareholders that the detailed mag and EM survey we flew over the Victoria structure and the main part of the Lalonde showing at Surimeau successfully shows us the presence of sulphide mineralization within the magnetic structures, as proven by our prospecting work delivering visual mineralization when bedrock outcrop was able to be located by our field team. Now we will wait for the assay results to accompany our visuals and will shortly be planning our next round of field work at Surimeau, to continue building value at Quebec's newest polymetallic battery metals property" states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.
History of Lalonde
Renforth, with our focus to date on the Victoria West area and the Victoria magnetic structure, has only done limited work at Lalonde. Like Victoria West, Lalonde was discovered in 1943 during the construction of the powerline for the Rapide Sept generating station south of Surimeau, which in both instances revealed surface mineralization. A total of 2318m was drilled at Lalonde in 1958 and 1968 in 23 drillholes, these were assayed for copper, nickel and zinc, revealing the presence of mineralization. Later drilling took place to the east and northeast of Lalonde; however, these holes were only assayed for gold. At Lalonde, Renforth previously took 34 grab samples during prospecting in 2020 and 2021, each sample demonstrates the presence of elevated copper, nickel, and zinc. The best grab sample results include the highest nickel result, 0.2% Ni, 578 ppm Cu and 785 ppm Zn. This sample is of a silicified sediment with coarse patches of 10-15% sulfide disseminations. In addition, the highest zinc result was 0.56% Zn, 565ppm Cu, 143.5 ppm Ni as well as 3.37 g/t Ag. This sample is of a mineralized rhyolite with coarse stringers of sphalerite and pyrite with approximately 10% sulfide overall. Renforth's prior results from Lalonde are similar to results received from Victoria West. At Surimeau, Renforth interprets the Victoria West/Colonie/Lalonde mineralization to be an "Outokumpu" model of mineralization. Renforth theorizes that ultramafic units were brought into contact with a pre-existing, VMS-fertile stratigraphy providing sulphur to allow for the crystallization of Ni hosting pentlandite alongside the volcanogenic sulphides.
The Outokumpu model is named after a mining district in eastern Finland, a district that has hosted several operating mines in the last 150 years. Current theories suggest that the deposits were formed in two stages. Firstly, conventional “Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS)” deposit type was created by hydrothermal vents on the sea floor, followed by a tectonic event where ultramafic rocks from the oceanic crust were thrust-faulted into contact with the sedimentary units. These ultramafics commonly carry nickel within silicate minerals in the absence of adequate sulphur in their original magma. During these tectonic events, hydrothermal processes in the faulted contact areas allowed sulphide in the sediments to interact with the ultramafics, permitting the nickel to remobilize and recrystallize in sulphide minerals (pentlandite, pyrrhotite) and thereby adding nickel to the mix of metals carried by the sulphides.

News Link: https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1AlpFn08Z-renforth-commences-surimeau-fieldwork-with-focus-on-lithium-values-and-exploration.html
May 5, 2022 – TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE-9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the commencement of the 2022 field season at Surimeau with a comprehensive list of targets with an emphasis on lithium mineralization present on the property, as presented below. At Surimeau Renforth is focussed on the ~20km mineralized Victoria structure, however, the property is sizeable and largely underexplored. Wide ranging ground exploration will be carried out this summer while the recently completed geophysical survey is undergoing interpretation. Upon completion of that interpretation by consulting geophysicists our field geologists and consulting geoscientists will work to plan a 10-20,000m drill program on the Victoria trend to be carried out this Fall.
2022 Field Targets
2021 Stripped Area (Victoria West)
-completion of mapping and drone photography of the 275m strike stripped area which presented consistent surface nickel/cobalt/copper/zinc mineralization in assay. The channel samples from this program were not analyzed for lithium.
Lithium Values in 2021 Drilling
-inspection of core from the 2021 drilling at Surimeau which gave Li values >250ppm
~20km Victoria Mineralized Structure
-prospecting the extent of the ~20km mineralized Victoria structure which is proven mineralized at its western end (Victoria West) and its eastern end (Colonie) with specific attention paid to the utms for the coincident EM anomalies, looking for outcropping mineralization. The extent of the Victoria structure between Victoria West and Colonie is entirely unexplored.
Lithium and Pegmatite Exploration
-Renforth will visit known lithium and pegmatite occurrences at Surimeau, including at Colonie where Renforth sampled surface Li of 191 ppm in a prospecting grab sample taken for survey purposes. This area will be revisited, and other new areas investigated, with the purpose of lithium exploration.
Scandium/REE Geochemical Data Exploration
-Renforth will follow up on various geochemical anomalies available on SIGEOM in order to ground truth these, determine if they are pegmatites and/or REE occurrences. This includes a highly anomalous scandium value in the NW portion of the property which is 3 times higher than any other scandium value in the dataset, at this location the REEs dysprosium and neodymium also give unusually high values. In addition to this unique occurrence other geochemical anomalies at Surimeau will be investigated including the Lac Surimeau diorite, which is associated with known gold occurrences at Surimeau.
Uranium Exploration
-the southern end of Surimeau forms the northern part of a property previously bulk sampled for uranium just outside of the current Surimeau property boundary. In the interest of fully investigating the potential of Surimeau prospecting will be carried out open to the presence of uranium.

$RFHRF Renforth's Surimeau Property Assay Results Include 3.46% Nickel Over 1.5m
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1Be9FO6we-renforths-surimeau-property-assay-results-include-346-nickel-over-15m.html
TheNewswire - March 29, 2022 - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (CNSX:RFR.CN) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to inform shareholders of the assay results from the 1,203m drilled in 7 holes within the 275m strike length of the stripped area at Victoria West, one of several mineralized areas within our >300 km2 Surimeau District Property in NW Quebec. SUR-21-28 was drilled for 234m at a dip of -80 as an undercut of SUR-21-26 and SUR-21-27 in the western end of the stripped area, between two historic trenches now within the stripped area. SUR-21-28 assayed 3.46% Ni and 491 ppm Co over 1.5m between 196.5 and 198m down the hole as presented in the table below, within a broad mineralized zone of 170.55m, between 40.9 and 211.45m down the hole which averaged 0.16% Ni and 100.2 ppm Co. Within this broad zone of mineralization there are higher grade sub-zones, as seen in this and other holes drilled in the December program, in this case the zone between 187.5 and 199.5m down the hole, a length of 12m, averaged 0.54% Ni and 138.7 ppm Co, encapsulating the 3.46% Nickel value. Renforth's current interpretation of the mineralization seen at Victoria West is that there are higher grade bands of mineralization within the extent of the mineralized magnetic ultramafic body. The exceptional 3.49% Ni value points to the high grade potential present at Victoria West, which has only seen 5,626m of drilling by Renforth over 2.2km of strike within the known 6km strike length of Victoria West, in the western end of a 20km long magnetic feature also mineralized at its eastern end.
"I am very happy with these results, they support our interest in Surimeau, an interest which only continues to grow. We will soon drill again as we work to define not "whether" there are battery metals within the 6km km long Victoria West area, but instead, answer the question of just how well endowed with battery metals this "hiding in plain sight" discovery really is. We will also be prospecting, following up on the presence of lithium and REEs documented at Surimeau. I expect this property will continue to deliver excitement to Renforth's shareholders for the foreseeable future" states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.

$RFHRF $RFR.CN Channel Sampling at Renforth's Victoria West Delivers Consistent Surface Nickel Mineralization Combined with Copper Enrichment
https://newsdirect.com/news/channel-sampling-at-renforths-victoria-west-delivers-consistent-surface-nickel-mineralization-combined-with-copper-enrichment-811295724
TheNewswire - January 18, 2022 - Renforth Resources Inc. (CNSX:RFR.CN) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to share the consistent results of channel sampling across the ~275m stripped surface area of the ~5km Victoria West nickel/copper mineralized system within Renforth’s wholly owned ~30,000 hectare Surimeau District Property in NW Quebec. The channel samples demonstrate consistent elevated nickel and cobalt values, along with elevated copper and zinc values. In several locations the two mineralization types “mix”, the highlight of this “mixing” is a 12.9m section of Channel 49 which overall assays 0.121% Ni and 0.013% Co, including 0.224% Ni over 1m, which also includes 5.5m of 0.43% Cu and 1.63% Zn, within which 0.8m assays 2.05% Cu.
In addition to the channels cut there were several grab samples taken at the beginning of the program as stripping started but before channels could be cut. Grab samples are selected by the geologists and not representative of the whole of the mineralized system, highlights are presented below.
The channel sampling, carried out after stripping overburden which varied between 0 and 3m in depth, has revealed consistent nickel/cobalt mineralization, similar to what has been seen in the near surface drilling to date, however, it has also resulted in a greater proportion of copper/zinc intersections than seen in drilling. Exploration continues on this >5km polymetallic system, located within a 20km magnetic anomaly, where Renforth has only drilled 5,626m.
“I am happy to deliver results to shareholders which demonstrate that our discovery of a polymetallic, nickel/cobalt and copper/zinc, mineralized system at Victoria West, stretching over >5km and hiding in plain sight, is a surface system. This gives Victoria West another advantage, in addition to numerous road access options and hydro-electric power, we are dealing with easily, and cost effectively, accessed mineralization. For Renforth the multiple metals present, the location and the jurisdiction of this discovery mean we can consider grades which, while they may appear low when compared to other projects around the world and under deeper cover, are in fact very interesting to us. In addition, Surimeau is located approximately 70km from Glencore’s Horne Smelter in Rouyn-Noranda, Canada’s only copper smelter which also engages in recycling of strategic and precious metals, shipping anode to their Montreal refinery, also Canada’s own copper/nickel refinery. If Renforth is fortunate to have an asset in Victoria West which is proven, in the future, to warrant being mined the solution is sitting within an hour from our doorstep. To be clear, Victoria West is not a mine yet, and we do not know if it will be. But we look forward to aggressively pursuing the answer to that question” states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.

$RFHRF Renforth Raises $1,376,260 To Fund Continued 2022 Exploration Of Battery Metals At Victoria West Within The Surimeau District Property And On The Parbec Gold Deposit
https://www.thenewswire.com/press-releases/1AdyFjjrG-renforth-raises-1376260-to-fund-continued-2022-exploration-of-battery-metals-at-victoria-west-within-the-surimeau-district-property-and-on-the-parbec-gold-deposit.html
December 21, 2021 - TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (CNSX:RFR.CN) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE-9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement financing (the “Offering”) raising $1,376,260 through the issuance of 13,750,0000 of flow-through common units (“Flow-Through Units”), and 14,000 common units ("Units).
Renforth is also pleased to inform shareholders that the final 2021 drilling at Victoria West, within the Surimeau District Property, has been successfully completed with a total of 7 holes drilled in 1203m within the stripped area. Each hole encountered visible sulphides, samples have been sent for assay, results will be released once received.
Renforth has now drilled 5,626m into Victoria West, this combined with Renforth’s surface work and historical data demonstrates that Victoria West is a polymetallic occurrence currently striking over 5km within a 20km geophysical feature, with mineralization consisting of nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, platinum and palladium starting on surface and continuing to a vertical depth of at least 150m.
“We are happy to have raised a judicious amount of money pursuant to requests from shareholders which we will immediately deploy in continuing our, to date, successful exploration on both our wholly owned gold deposit contiguous to Canadian Malartic, Parbec, which has a structural setting and lithological similarity to our neighbour, and on our Surimeau District Property. At Surimeau we will work to extend and deepen the polymetallic “future facing” minerals in the Victoria West area of our vast, >260 km2, wholly owned and road accessible battery metals property, also contiguous to Canadian Malartic. We look forward to a New Year filled with new results and exciting field activities on our properties and, with some success, continued asset growth” states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.
The proceeds of this offering will be used to fund 2022 exploration on the Company’s wholly owned properties as follows;
Surimeau
Renforth has retained Joël Dubé ing., P.Eng of Dynamic Discovery Geoscience, to carry out a Prospectair MAG-TDEM (helicopter borne electromagnetic geophysical survey) on the Surimeau District Property which will result in consistent detailed geophysical information for Victoria West, Colonie and LaLonde.
Interpretation of the geophysical survey, combined with results from Renforth’s recently completed comprehensive channeling of the stripped area at Victoria West and the assay results from the just completed drill program.
Parbec
Renforth has retained Stefan Kruse Ph.D., P.Geo, Senior Structural Geologist of Terrane Geoscience to deliver a structural site characterization of Parbec. The first phase of this will occur in January 2022 and consist of a compilation and integration of all relevant data and a gap analysis. This process will dictate, through the gap analysis, the next steps Renforth will take in working to identify the structural controls to the relatively high grade magnetic diorite intersected in numerous drill holes.
Results from the recently completed 15,000m of drilling at Parbec have highlighted areas which require additional assay work, both in the recently completed holes and in prior adjacent drillholes. Renforth is compiling this assay list and will be submitting pulps for assay or cutting new samples in core as appropriate.
Each Flow-Through Unit was priced at $0.10 and consists of one common share in the capital of the Company issued on a ‘flow-through’ basis, and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant issued with the Flow Through Unit, entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.13 for a period of 12 months following closing. Each Unit was priced at $0.09 consists of one common share in the capital of the Company, and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant issued with a Unit, entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.13 for a period of 12 months following closing.
In connection with the Offering, the Company paid $66,000 and issued 660,000 compensation warrants in respect of the Offering. Each compensation warrant is exercisable, for 12 months, for one common share of Renforth at $0.13 per share. All securities issued under the Offering are subject to a four-month statutory hold period in Canada.

$RFHRF Renforth is Drilling Victoria West Nickel/Copper/Cobalt/Zinc Stripped Area at Surimeau District Property in NW Quebec
https://newsdirect.com/news/renforth-is-drilling-victoria-west-nickel-copper-cobalt-zinc-stripped-area-at-surimeau-district-property-in-nw-quebec-895802664
December 7, 2021 – TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CNSX:RFR.CN) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) (“Renforth” or the “Company”) is pleased to inform shareholders that drilling is underway under visual surface nickel, copper, cobalt and zinc mineralization previously stripped at our Victoria West target, within our 260 km2 property, contiguous to the Canadian Malartic Mine in Malartic, Quebec.
2 of 3 planned drill holes in the eastern end complete at dips of -45 and -60 degrees, extending visual nickel, copper, cobalt and zinc to 100 vertical metres below the stripped area, confirmed with an XRF
3 holes planned in the western end
1 or 2 holes planned in centre under large intrusive mound
“We took the opportunity to immediately follow up on our successful stripping program at Victoria West with a targeted drill program ahead of the holidays in the eastern and the western ends of the stripped area at Victoria West. We are drilling two areas which gave the strongest visual mineralization and XRF field results in our previously announced, recently completed channeling program. It is always a good day when the drill is turning, in this case on one of our battery metals (nickel and cobalt) and sulphide (copper and zinc) targets on our Surimeau District Property, advancing this project, endowed with critical and strategic minerals, as quickly as we can” states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth.
Drilling is taking place in the eastern and the western ends of the ~275m stripped strike of the 2.2km mineralized strike which Renforth has drilled within the known 5km strike of the Victoria West target at Surimeau. At each set up three drill holes are being drilled to undercut the surface mineralization at -45, -60 and -80 degrees dip in order to test for continuity of mineralization down dip, which, if successful, may extend mineralization as deep as 120 vertical metres. Renforth also plans to test the centre of the stripped area, where a secondary intrusive separated the main shear zone, this will be done with one or two drill holes.
The best visual mineralization has so far been observed within strongly albitized calc-silicate altered zones within the ultramafics where frequent fine to coarse stringers, disseminations, and occasionally semi-massive sulfides, including pyrite, pyrrhotite, pentlandite, sphalerite, and chalcopyrite. Mineralization in the form of fine to coarse stringers and nodules of sulfide has also been observed in drill core in narrow graphitic bands at the ultramafic-sedimentary contacts.
Current Surimeau District Activities
The following are currently ongoing:
1 – Assay results from the beginning of the trenching/channeling at Victoria West have begun to be received, they will be released at once upon receipt of all the results
2 – Renforth has contracted an EM/Mag survey to cover the entire 20km Victoria West/Colonie magnetic feature and to extend ~4km to the north of Victoria West to include the Lalonde mineralized target.
3 – Drill core sample material is being selected for additional assaying to determine what degree of platinum group element mineralization is present. The only testing for platinum and palladium carried out to date was on the initial surface prospecting samples taken from the Colonie, LaLonde and Victoria West areas in June 2020 which gave positive assay results, demonstrating these metals are present at each location.
Current Parbec Gold Deposit Activities
The following are currently ongoing;
1 – Our deposit model on sections is being updated by our geologists with the results from the >15,000m of drilling completed earlier this year.
2 – This process is highlighting additional sampling which needs to be carried out. As we have previously stated it is difficult to visually assess the presence of gold in Parbec drill core, with rare exception. This leads to areas not being sampled, which we now know need to be sampled based on recent results. We will do the additional sampling as soon as possible. If this sampling results in gold results it will positively impact our deposit model.
3 – Renforth has commenced discussions with a group of consultants who come well recommended, to commence to process of carrying out a structural study at Parbec in order to learn the controls on the magnetic diorite mineralization at Parbec and the diorite splay into the Pontiac.
