This could potentially be the TSNP that ignites otc like it did in 2021. They are doing everything right and it looks level 2 wise like big money accumulating in orderly fashion which speaks to much higher prices coming. The tightness of share availability and constant buying at the ask speaks volumes about what’s coming.

Plus the enormous short position which keeps digging itself a bigger hole to fill will eventually have to cover

There has never anyone shorting Spooz. TSNP/HMBL was a scam that is now in trips.

What did SPZI pledge to back up the $ 8,220,905 collateral shortfall? There is no 2nd mortgage or mortgage modification on record for 510 Hamilton Street. Could the "on paper" debt explain how Park acquired his interest in Bloxcross?

I believe that is why the Sugar contract didn't start until Nov. 21, 2024 so Park doesn't have to report revenue until April 1, 2025.

Where was the revenue from the first shipment.

So 1500 Metric Tons of Aluminum would cost $3,893,370.

Park needs to sharpen his pencil before he issues anymore press releases.

ESC and CEO Ronnie Godeaux using donations from this so called ''charity'' as a toxic financier with the blessing of Tynan and Blum. The same ESC with ties to SPZI, GRPS, HALB with ties to the Goulding clan, Tynan and Blum.

IMO those involved have amassed deeply discounted shares in exchange for ''donations'' and taking tax write offs to boot. So even though no convertible debts appear on SPZI's books the end result seems roughly the same. Pretty slick.
