USA Recycling Industries Inc (CE) (USRI) Share Price

I’m not sure if it’ll ever move. I follow due to the company previously be based in Pennsylvania where I live. Vincent Smith who used to be the CEO was a total crook. (Can probably google older articles about his numerous frauds)
From my understanding the company is based in the Midwest now..other then that I don’t have much DD to offer.

Is this thing ever going to do anything?

How come it hardly trades?

Still holding a ton USRI

Is this still a recycling company? Maybe they make hamburgers now?

Does the company have any social media pages?

Is there a company website?

Is this a real company? With revenues? Production?

Can anyone give me an update what's going on here? I see a lot of gibberish but nothing substantial regarding any legitimate company here. Plus a blank intro page which is usually not a good sign.
