This looks very promising, and I'm looking forward to the future here with $ZHUD. Side note: Just checking, I haven't been reading through all the posts here as much I'd normally be able to, been distracted with other life issues. Is there an official announcement expected to be released as disclosure/news, that might show up on otc markets sometime soon? Or was it posted and released by other reporting source? Thanks in advance.

Likely with longs buying at the low end of double and triple 00/000 there should be multiple holders of 5%, unless they have been churning just below 5%???

Seems ZHUD has leveled a bit but I think people are just waiting around to get some more concrete numbers on things. Remember, this is technically investing in a patent at the moment. I suspect this one will take longer to reach its potential since the infrastructure still needs to be built. I expect within a year we should be in a reasonable range of their projections as by that time we will have machines up and running.

AZRH is doing very well compared to ZHUD which is sucking behind and stagnate at range 0.0171 - 0.0209. Well maybe in a year or two, or three, or four.

They are referring to a reverse split. Weird way of saying it.

A ceo for a pink reported that its 10% holding before they require a filing( from an individual) - Had 7% of one co-- was not advised to file. Currently have over 5% of another co- never got a notice to file any trades. Don't let a 5% number hold you back.

Investopedia says that it has to be done within 10 days of acquiring 5%.

How long can you hold 5% before you have to report it? Is it instantaneously or is there a time period?

Thanks for the update...Are we talking about a forward Forward split or Reverse split? as forward splits dont crush shareholders... Thinking you used reverse merger instead of reverse split in the update. Can you clarify?

Interesting, and very good news!

"Nasdaq requires multiple years of solid financials which can't happen in 12 months" - This is not true at all.

The Nasdaq requires a stock price of $1.00 (which we believe we will get their organically, maybe a small reverse merger ahead of the uplist but nothing that will crush shares holders (a 1-2 at most 1-3 split and this would not happen if it is required until the date of uplist, right now we are projecting a 1-2 split come next October prior to uplist to Nasdaq). 

To uplist, we are required to audit the past 2 years of the shell and the company (if 2 years aren't available to audit for the company, than an audit of all available periods is required).

We actually could theoretically be listed on the Nasdaq faster, as the way we have structured this business is for us to efficiently and quickly uplist.  We do anticipate a very quick uplist to the OTCQX for $ZHUD.

I haven't been following the boards as closely this past week or so. Just checking to see if anyone has information regarding, whether or not we might be looking forward to any official announcement via news report, or disclosure filing? TIA

They can also use some vehicle which could drive it to Nasdaq like Leas-Rwod.After entering Nasdaq changed name to wena and then to KLTO now.The vehicle can be for example something like Aris with zero revenues.

I have obviously never uplisted anything to the Nasdaq so I could be interpreting this incorrectly, but as I understand it are there not different tiers? Per the document linked here it looks like the Nasdaq Global "Select" market has the 3 year requirement but the remaining two tiers do not have the 3 year requirement.

Correct, they do not qualify yet, they are in process of coming up to par to be able to reach the Nasdaq within the timeframe of 12 months. They have explicitly stated this is their goal a number of times but obviously it is a process.

They don't qualify for NASDAQ. Only for SADSAQ. Read NASDAQ requirements.

Ya I personally wouldn't consider selling anything till around then and it would be solely to secure my initial investment, nothing more in the short term at all if I even do that. I would say that is true for all 3 Cohen tickers I am currently in. But I still maintain that it won't even be close to worth giving up your upside potential on these since they are dedicated to getting them to the Nasdaq within 12 months.
