   Sub:     Intimation under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information formulated in terms of Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we would like to intimate the following:

1. The profit on sale of investments for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 was ` 3 crore compared to ` 2 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. These numbers do not factor the adjustments on account of transition to Ind-AS.

2. Income from dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 was ` 586 crore, which includes ` 511 crore from HDFC Bank Limited compared to ` 60 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. In the previous year, dividend from HDFC Bank Limited was received in the second quarter of the financial year.

   3.   Loans assigned/securitised

o During the quarter ended June 30, 2018, the Corporation assigned loans amounting to ` 9,714 crore (Previous Year - ` 2,922 crore). All the loans assigned during the quarter ended June 30, 2018 were to HDFC Bank pursuant to the buyback option embedded in the home loan arrangement between the Corporation and HDFC Bank.

o Loans sold in the preceding 12 months amounted to ` 13,245 crore (Previous Year - ` 13,841 crore).

Kindly note that all the figures are subject to limited review by the statutory auditors of the Corporation.
