        Armour Trust plc ("Armour" or "the Company")

Pursuant  to the exercise of an option by a former  employee
of  the  Company to purchase 30,000 ordinary shares  of  the
Company of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") at 10p per Ordinary Share
the  Board  of Armour has resolved that the Ordinary  Shares
should  be allotted in accordance with the exercise  of  the
option.  Application has been made for these Ordinary Shares
to be admitted to trading on the Official List and admission
is expected to take place on 22 November.
