Result of AGM
At the AGM of Bonmarche Holdings plc held today at 12 noon at
Jubilee Way, Grange Moor, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF4 4SJ, all
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were voted on a show
of hands and were passed by the requisite majorities. Resolutions 1
to 15 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 16,17 and
18 were passed as special resolutions.
The results of proxy voting are set out below.
