Director's Dealing
Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist
in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic
products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed on
10 June 2020 that on that day Michael Wood, a director of the
Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 5.0 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Wood holds 263,078 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.32 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
This announcement contains inside information for the purpose of
