Limited ("Rensburg Sheppards").  The holding is registered in the name of
nominee companies, 100% owned by Rensburg Sheppards.  The interest is in 408,525
ordinary shares, which represents approximately 3.09% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company.
