The Company announces that it was notified on 28 April 2004 that one of its
directors, R W Stevens had on the same date sold 20,000,000 0.1p ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 1.5p per share. R W Stevens now holds
198,000,000 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately
68.3 per cent. of the issued share capital.
