The Placing of 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at 14.5p per share to
raise approximately #828,250 (net of expenses) for the Company was
successfully completed on 25th November 1999, conditional on the passing of
the necessary resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
and admission of the Placing Shares to AIM.  

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at 12.00 noon today,
resolutions, inter alia, to implement the Placing were duly passed.

Admission of the new ordinary shares to AIM is expected to take place on 23rd
December 1999.
