ZOO Digital Group plc (LON: ZOO), a
world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital
media services to the global entertainment industry, announces that
Phillip Blundell has informed the Board of his decision to resign
as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company to
pursue other opportunities. He will remain in post and on the Board
until the summer of 2025 to oversee the FY25 results and ensure an
orderly transition. The Company is initiating a process to appoint
a successor and will update the market in due course.
Gillian Wilmot, Chairman of ZOO Digital,
