The question is at which point in time did he get a hunch pepinemab doesnt have the therapeutic value he promised?

VCNX delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC. **stock dropped 62% from $3.65 to $1.40.

Who knows, maybe they did this to get retail out as much they can, that is why I held half.

I almost feel bad for that insider that bought 1M at $4….we’ll see.

I took a big hit this morning euro, sold half and keeping the rest waiting for a dip after delisting day. Fortunately for me, I scored great on TNXP from 28 cents all the way to 1.39.

Absolutely correct just picked up $1.50s on non compliance news. We all know they will eventually become compliant again. Nice day for shorts here.

One thing everyone needs to understand is that until this ticker gains compliance, it is unlikely to rise above $4, and certainly not over $5. Market makers are fully aware of the lack of compliance and are keeping a tight control over the stock. They know that retail investors will become impatient and may sell into the bid. Bullish on all fronts, this is something you have to buy the dip and hold for the purest Gold, this doesn't get any better. It could be a buyout, it could be massive partnership. Either or once the news is announced, guaranteed it will open with only 1 share at that price, you wont have an opportunity to get in. I am very confident something big is coming.

Currently, none-compliant tickers tend to remain in limbo. Once compliance is achieved, market makers will likely adjust their strategies, potentially driving the price up by 30-50% before any official news from the company is released. For now, these prices represent a unique opportunity. I am bullish on all fronts, there are no flaws with this ticker, other than the fact that the impatient are selling into the bid due to market maker manipulation. Just sit tight this is going to do wonders.

In due time, I believe we could see the market cap reach $250 million as a starting point. This figure does not even account for a complete sale of the company, which could range from $500 million to $1 billion. However, I anticipate that this won’t occur for at least another two weeks.

Just a little longer, looks like a couple of people are getting a little impatient with VCNX on Stocktwits board, Vinnie did a nice write up for the board so people can read. This is going to flounder this range until compliant from Nasdaq then official news from the company, then the obvious boom town. Market makers have a close grip on this thing, they know they are not compliant yet, once they are in compliant market makers will quickly adjust and we will get over $4.00 most definitely and aim for $5 until news. I will be buying again in this range sometime this week or next week, want to make sure I buy a good load.

I don't know who sold below 3.80 on Friday, bought more, buying more next week. This is going to boom, only a few days left for Nasdaq compliant then news thus all hell will break loose.

bought another 420 shares this morning, I will keep buying, have another 1500 shares to go for 10,000 shares total. If the price stays this range before the complaint from Nasdaq is released, might be able to get another 2000-3000 shares in addition to my 10,000 shares, before all hell breaks loose here with this one. Alzheimers data comes, easy 500 million market cap in a blink, especially with partnership announcements. No brainer on all fronts.

So another week or two before Nasdaq complaint news hits the wires

Vaccinex (VCNX) 11/7 $4.13 + 9% announced the signing of several proprietary project agreements with Amgen (AMGN), Merck (MRK), Chugai, Absci (ABSI), Gigagen (Grifols), Merus (MRUS), Soleil, ThirdArc and Incyte (INCY), employing Vaccinex's ActivMAb technology to generate antibodies to complex antigen targets. In addition, Vaccinex has signed agreements to provide Charles River Labs, OmniAb, Adimab and other undisclosed strategic partners with materials to facilitate their antibody discovery programs using transgenic animal species for immunization or very large synthetic antibody libraries. The financial terms of the agreements are undisclosed.

Valuation could reach 100 million and still be cheap, way cheap.

Probably because they are not compliant yet, they have a meeting with Nasdaq on the 5th. E Trade is the best platform by far. Once they are in compliant this will run, plus their patent just got approved but they haven't released the news yet.
