Same thing happened last year. Not sure if good or bad. I think the stock got a bump AH on this part of the press release-
Separately, the Company announced that two additional developer lots closed in December 2020 at Kaupulehu, North Kona, Hawaii, in consideration for which the Companyβs Kaupulehu Developments venture received $485,000 in percentage of sales payments ($320,000 net to the Company) and the Company received cash distributions of $1,712,000, which includes an additional preferred return payment of $459,000. These transactions will be reflected in the Companyβs financials for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.

We are seeing significant production from the well we participated in at Spirit River. About 50% of such fracing fluids have been recovered during the first 30 days of initial production through February 1. The Twining wellβs initial production rates are improving with both the percentage of oil produced daily as well as total daily oil production continuing to increase. We will provide further updates on the well after 60 and 90 days of initial production.
