As far as HCWC goes, so far only 9.8 million shares are reported. Does that include class A and class B shares, I don't really know. After the 90 day waiting period for all shares to be class A, we will better know what is really going on.
If any large institutional investors decide to get in, that could be a really good thing. Wait and see.

Sorry Wayne, this was meant for the HCMC board. As far as HCWC goes, I don't know for sure. All the info is not out there yet.

750 billion total authorized shares. 460 billion currently out there and over 300 billion more controlled by Holman ready to dilute even more if any money is rewarded to HCMC.
No other company in the history of the entire stock market has ever had 750 billion shares. Never,ever.
Holman will never do the 5 million buy back. It was all a lie. He has no intention of rewarding the investors by reducing the shares.
The 5 million dollar buy back at these lower prices would do a lot of good for the investors. He won't do it. He lies all the time.
