IHT new 52 week low

Yes absolutely! That sector was so explosive 3 years ago and has now been in the toilet for a long time. I can see the sector exploding again, the market is so strange that I know anything can happen.
I heard that Santa Fe NM is nice. I have driven past Albuquerque several times on cross-country trips. I'm a 2nd generation Native NYC guy born in Brooklyn NYC.

Same here. I just got a starter position today but had read some on it before. One thing that I liked best is the venture into the electric power generation venture where the fuel is natural gas but could also burn hydrogen as a cleaner fuel. I have bought shares on other vehicles to be powered by hydrogen and did very well at the beginning but lately not so well. Maybe the competition is spreading.
I am originally from El Rito, NM and still have relatives there as well as Santa Fe and Albuquerque; haven't been there a good while now but plan on visiting in late September.
Enough. Do hope that the volume on IHT picks up or we are never going anywhere. I also notice that the B / A gap needs to close some for this to get rolling.

PHOENIX, AZ-(Marketwired - May 4, 2017) - InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE MKT: IHT)

InnSuites Hospitality Trust ("IHT") reported Total Revenues of $13,216,000 for the 2017 Fiscal Year ended January 31, 2017 ("FY 2017") compared to Total Revenues of $11,617,000 for the 2016 Fiscal Year ended January 31, 2016 ("FY 2016"), an increase of $1,599,000, or 13.7%.

During the first fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2017, IHT had Room Revenues of $3,755,000 compared with $3,275,000 for the first fiscal quarter ending April 30, 2016, an increase of $480,000 or 14.6%.

InnSuites Hospitality Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust, with its affiliates, RRF Limited Partnership (the Partnership), and InnSuites Hotels, Inc. (InnSuites Hotels), owns and operates five hotels, provides management services for eight hotels, and provides trademark license services for 10 hotels. All five Hotels are trademarked as InnSuites Hotels. It is also involved in various operations incidental to the operation of hotels, such as the operation of restaurants and meeting/banquet room rentals. On January 31, 2011, the Trust owned a 71.41% sole general partner interest in the Partnership, which wholly owned three InnSuites hotels located in Arizona and southern California, and owns a 33.32% interest in one InnSuites hotel located in New Mexico. The Trust also owned one InnSuites hotel located in Yuma, Arizona (Hotels). InnSuites Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust, provides management services for the Hotels.
